I could not say enough about the service I received at Wrondel storage. As anyone making a major regional move knows it can be quite stressful. In my case finding housing in Reno right now is very difficult and being out of state was making buying a home impossible. I needed storage, on the third day of calling and searching for a storage unit I reached Wrondel. They too were full but the manager was such a life saver and worked with me long distance so I could lock it up a unit coming avail before it was gone. They only had one avail. No storage company had a need to work with my situation as there were many others inline for the same unit. When I explained my situation the manager, Johnny, he offered to call the owner and see if he could get permission to help me. Again, I couldnt get a blink out of anyone else while they told me over the phone that if I could come in person I couldnt lock up a unit. Johnny and Wrondel removed a major stress in a matter of a few hours. Thank you Johnny and Wrondel.

After calling several storage sites in Reno I finally found something available at Wrondel Self Storage. I called in the morning then later that day I was able to move things in. The process was fast and easy. Johnny is the on site manager that was helping me and he was awesome. He showed me multiple units that I could pick from and gave some advice as well. The place is pretty clean and the price is way more affordable compared to other places I have seen. The security looked good from what I could tell, granted this is my first time renting a storage unit. The neighborhood isnt the best, had a run in with some unruly neighbors, but Johnny ensured my stuff would be safe and protected. There is a code to go in and out as you please between the hours of 7:30AM-7:30PM. Overall, Johhny and the others I briefly talked to seem like good people to me and the place is pretty nice for the area its in.

We have been storing our Burning Man gear at a Wrondel Self storage for 3 years. Firstly, the location is amazing. Its pretty much next to the airport but also on a major route into Reno so not too busy but super handy for everything you need. We stay locally, eat locally and shop and can also hire our van or car from this area. Secondly the actual facility is very well appointed. Each unit is at ground level, so you can drive right up, they have water and toilets available which makes our life so much easier. The staff are amazing and have really helped us on each visit. More than we have experienced elsewhere. They offer really good value storage units, lots of sizes and have everything you could need from a storage location. We would recommend Wrondel Self storage to any of my friends. Worth every penny

First off I have to say their is no other storage place like the wrondle self storage. I have rented other storage units. And they dont even come close. From the units to the driveways to the office, that its One of the cleanest places I have seen. I will never take my money noware else cause of the customer service. And everytime I go their I always see Johnny go on and above to make sure not only his customers but whatever customer that is their leaving with a smile. On the days he is in the office by him self I have seen him busting his butt doing whatever needs to b done keeping the place clean and more. I want to say thank u not only to Johnny but also. The wrondle self storage staff for always keeping me and other customers Happy and safe.

Wrondel self storage is a place I will always feel comfortable keeping all my belongings. This is the second time I have rented a storage unit from them. I came back the second time because Johnny is so helpful, kind and considerate and accommodating. With my move being so overwhelming it was such a relief to have help from Wrondel self storage. It’s in a convenient location, clean/well maintained, secure along with being less expensive than most other Reno/Sparks area self storage businesses. In addition they have an outstanding on-site Property Manager named Jonathon Wilson (Johnny). Johnny is dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure that your experience is pleasant and trouble-free. IMO Wrondel Self Storage is head & shoulders above the competition

I have stored some of my belongings at Wrondel Self Storage since 2010. In that time the staff has always been incredibly helpful with whatever needs or concerns that I had regarding my storage unit or my access to it. In 2012 the manager of the facility went above and beyond to help me out with a situation involving my storage unit. Similarly, Erica, the current manager of the facility, recently helped me in a big way. Johnny has also been really helpful when Ive spoken with him. I heartily recommend that you use Wrondel Self Storage if you need a storage unit in Reno. :)

Untrustworthy staff that charges hidden illegal insurance fees and also attempts to extort money from tenants by locking them in the property and charging unspecified, illegal fees to then release said tenants from the premises. AKA: kidnapping and extortion! The supervisors and district manager (Mike) are dismissive, patronizing, as well as beyond rude and offensive. THE WORST storage experience in over 40 years! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!
