I rented a storage unit from public storage for about 6 months and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. When we first walked in they were very helpful in getting us set up with a unit that was an appropriate size, we were also ill prepared with moving equipment but they had everything we needed in the store and for a decent price. I was able to pay my bill easily online, this is also where I was able to set up a move-out date. Moving out was just as easy as moving in; I set up the date, moved my things out, donated my lock because I have no use for it and they printed me a receipt and that was that. The staff were incredibly nice each and every time I walked in to the building. I will definitely come back to public storage for any other storage needs that I have.

Came to this business with my friend who rented a storage unit for moving his stuff, the girls in the office (CINDY/ ALEX) were so helpful and nice!!! I will DEFINATELY come to this place to rent a storage unit when I need one, which will be in 2 weeks!! Cindy showed us the unit, explained how everything works, the payment due date.....EVERYTHING!! Alex did the paperwork, these girls work VERY WELL TOGETHER, and are quite a funny team!! We left with SMILES on our faces from such a GREAT experience we had with the employees here!!! These girls really take their job seriously yet make the renting process quick, easy and full of laughs!!! CINDY & ALEX are quite an asset to Public Storage and should be rewarded for their professionalism!!!

I needed a storage unit in a hurry when moving my 87 year old grandmother across county. I reserved the unit online and with the general customer service. the general customer service was helpful and professional, but Alanna went above and beyond with her service and helpfulness! I was having a hard time with the movers saying their truck would not fit and Alanna spoke to them directly for me when I was getting nowhere. With her help I was able to get them to deliver my grandmothers items to the storage unit quickly and easily. Because of Alannas help I will always go back to that location whenever I need a storage unit and will absolutely refer every one I know.

I was looking for a place to store my things when I ran across this Public Storage. I reserved a space on-line and was promptly contacted by Alanna Castaldy, the Manager at this location. She talked throw the reservation process and made sure I got the unit that was perfect for my needs. I cant say enough about how courteous and professional Alanna and her staff have been. One of the things that really stood out to me was they returned phone calls! I know, a simple thing to do but so many businesses fail here. I have been extremely impressed with this Public Storage Location! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Felicia welcomed us with a smile and a solution. After looking at many other storage units around Reno, this one stood out for its customer service. Not only was the facility clean and well maintained, Felicias professional attitude made us feel confident that our unit would be secure. In addition, after the online discount and move-in discount, these units are very affordable. While moving in, Felicia personally supplied us with moving carts, a dolly, and plenty of water. Thanks to Felicia for being kind and considerate!

This is a great public storage facility. The staff is wonderful and very helpful, and they went out of their way to help us. Our son passed several years ago, and we had to sort through his storage locker. This was not an easy task for us. But, we were able to get through everything in several days because of the staffs cooperation and help. The facility is clean and comfortable, and it has very good lighting. In short, this storage facility is really well managed, and I cant recommend it enough.

Recently helped relocate my parents from reno back to California and was absolutely impressed with this property. The push cart came in handy for the big furniture and the elevator was big and clean. We worked through the weekend and saw Alex everyday making rounds, cleaning, and always asked how we were doing. Come to find out shes from the bay area too. This is a great facility. Alex is one of the friendliest people Ive come across and the facility is awesome. Thank you Alex.

We first rented a storage unit here in 1998, since then, we have come and gone, taking some items out, putting others in, etc. Later, we rented another, smaller unit for our daughters things until she had a place for them. In both cases, the items placed in storage remained safe and protected from the environment and we had easy access to them. It is conveniently located, the premises is kept clean and the managers have always been pleasant and helpful.

Not from this area and stopped by this Public Storage because I was helping my aunt move and needed some last minute packing supplies. I was extremely pleased at how eager Alex and Anthony were willing to help me. I was in a time crunch as well as very stressed and they made the situation 100 times better. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. AMAZING customer service! Would defiantly recommend and come back to this location. Great work guys!!

I moved out of state and have been paying paying storage for over a year and have had delt with he two attendants and they have been very understanding and great communication on my bills and storage when we had the flood in December and was very reassuring thst my things were safe. And ive been very pleased with Public Storage! I even got a unit in Richmond due to the great service!!

Property manager was highly professional and helped me find the appropriate unit, actually at another Public Storage location closer to my apartment. Even though I had to change plans twice on him, he was highly responsive and helpful. The unit i moved into is very clean, and the staff at the new location is just as professional and gets right to the point.
