By far, the service & quality of this salon is bar-none. Tucked beside a donut shop, do not let the strip-center facade fool you. I have been a customer for just over a year, having moved from Irvine, I wanted to find a local nail spa... boy did I get lucky! First of all, when the technicians suggest a service, that is what they do. No pushy, you must have this or that. At one point, the manager actually said, "if it is what you want, it is up to you" ... what a breath of fresh air! and the Greeting is warm welcoming. They greet many by name, and it is genuinely friendly. (no fake sappy stuff for $ales) Would you like some hot tea? then, they bring it to you on a small tray with a candy. The staff there knows customer service, and seem to enjoy being there. For me, it makes the experience much better all around. They act as if they were owners too (who knows! maybe they are!) For the service and finished product... Bellisimo. They do a fantastic job, and Vivianas facial is one of the best I have ever experienced. Yesterday was my very first visit and I LOVED it!! All of the nail technicians were so nice and accomodating to my needs. They offered me hot tea or water and made very sure I was comfortable. The owner of the business was also very social, offering a smile or small chat. They are having a celebration on Friday because they have been open for five years, and even though I was a first-time customer I was invited to attend! The prices are very fair and the salon is very clean. I would highly recommend this salon!

I LOVE IT HERE! Great service! Superb quality! Came here because I was visiting a friend. Clean shop. Overall relaxing and soothing atmosphere. The friendly nail technicians all act professionally, no yapping away on cell phones or lots of talking back and forth to each other like other salons. You will get MORE than what you pay for! Make an appointment though! I was lucky to walk in when they were half full! Massages felt great and they offered nice, relaxing neck pillows. Will DEFINITELY come back!

They have excellent customer service! The whole salon is set up to enjoy a relaxing spa treatment. They bring you a beverage and a hot or cold pack for your back/shoulders and there is relaxing music playing in the background. They use sanitary tools and keep their stations clean. Also they do an excellent job

My daughter and I decided to make a last minute appointment to have our medi/pedi done today and the experience was amazing. The attention to detail was above the rest.
