Its time to close the US Postal Service. You can never get anyone to answer a phone, and when youre finally placed on hold, the wait can be 15-20 minutes or more. Residential delivery can not be counted upon to be timely. I have to put up with a daily 6-8 hours window, which is bad for any time of timely correspondence. My mail is constantly being delivered to a neighbors residence about 1/4 mile away and I have had my mail stolen 3 times in the last year. And all of these problems are never addressed and I have never so much as received a "Sorry."
