So I got a notification that a package did not arrive because they could not find my address. I moved into a new place and have gotten countless of packages from Amazon with NO PROBLEM. I call them multiple times because I get notified that they are sending the package back to China. First, they ignore my calls, then when they do pick up, they offer to call me back after they find out what happened. They never call back, so I call them back later. I get no explanation, but they tell me it is going back to China. I contact the seller in China and they say there must be an issue with my zip code, which there isnt... I get a notification that my package is being forwarded to a new address, and when I call to make sure if they have found my address or if it is going to China, I find that my calls have been blocked! Ive never experience such incompetent, avoidant, unresponsive service, to date. I wish they would disciplinary action from the higher USPS branches. If anybody knows how to get them in order and do their job of delivering mail id like to know.

Convenient post office location with lots of room and supplies inside. The employee(s) are moving fairly fast and in my experience are quite nice. Id expect to see more than one at an hour which is typically busy. Parking is okay (usually you can find a spot on the south side of the building) as shown in my outside picture. The only major issue that I dont like is that they remodeled the office at some point (more than two years ago) and created an all open space inside. As a result the office is no longer opened after hours to pick up mailing supplies or use the automated mail station.

Dropped off paperwork to get refunded for packages sent Express that did not make it on time per the money back guarantee and still havent gotten the refund. The person who said they were handling it has my contact info and its been 5 months. I could not think of a worse rip off than this company. Have stopped in 3 times to the actual post office only to be told its not ready or that the person isnt there. This whole company is going to down the drain fast.

Super service! I mistakenly thought my LL-Bean return envelope was for USPS not UPS. When I got out my return-tracking form a week later, I realized that Id given it to the wrong carrier. No problem!!! Some kind soul at the Ballard Post office must have taken it to UPS for me, probably on their lunch hour! Many thanks for this kindness! This PO office is always friendly even during the craziness of the holiday rush. Top Service! Thanks.

The person who answered my call was clearly not interested in doing her job. She sounded more like my kindergartener not wanting to get out of bed for school. She grudgingly told me they couldnt help me and flat out said they didnt know how to use the online service to request a package be held.

Thanks again for your help with my PO Box... would give more stars if they didnt lock the door to the PO Box room for safety concerns. Closed at 6pm on weekdays and closed all day on Sundays, boo to the scary person who slept in there and ruined my schedule for checking my PO Box at off hours.

I am writing to complain about the mail delivery. I have had my mail delivered to wrong addresses when the address on the envelope is correct . Recently my tax information was delivered to the wrong address. This is inexcusable. Please see that this is corrected. Thank you.

Though we have only used the "Drop Box" outside,.. We would think a Government Office would know "Federal Descriptions". IE,.. Service Animals ARE NOT PETS !!! ...and Yes,.. we did point this out ... though still not corrected Just READ the sign on the front door

This branch is in a quiet section of town, and seems to be holding its own despite an apartment building boom in the Ballard area. I have always favored this branch.
