20-45 minute wait every time Ive been here. 2 employees to cover is in NO way near adequate. Many times it is only 1 employee. No where near enough employees to cover volume of people. Have noticed the employees seem considerably slower at this location than other locations. Am emailing national headquarters. Even Silverdale post office employees are saying they hear a constant string of complaints about the Bremerton, National Ave branch. No matter what time in the afternoon the National Ave branch will have ridiculously long wait times. I finally paid for a P.O. Box in Silverdale where they actually have 4 people manning the windows, so lines are relatively short. Cant believe this was necessary. Something is seriously amiss at the National Ave location.

People typically spend 20 minutes here... That would be because of an understaffed post office and a lazy employee. When the post office is understaffed, you can always be sure that Kevin will make snide comments under his breath and roll his eyes at you if you walk up to the counter without him inviting you. I dont think Ive ever been to this post office while Kevin is working without leaving mad as h*ll. He is rude, snide, condescending, and it takes him several minutes to retrieve a package from "the back". Kevin only has 1 gear: Slow. What kind of grown man mumbles under his breath to another grown man? You got something to say Kevin?

As a PO Box holder there is nothing worse than seeing a package slip in your box because the level of service is so poor. Expect to wait in a long line behind other customers who are shipping items. Sometimes they will have a mysterious "package only" line but good luck knowing if today is one of those days. Most recently I waited for 15 minutes in the package area only to be repeatedly ignored. No eye contact or explanation that they werent operating that way today. Once I had three large boxes and the postal worker berated me for taking up too much space.

I went to collect my mail because we have a thin mail box and the woman at the counter threatened to hold my mail if it happens too much. I bought my house 8 months ago. This is like the 2nd or 3rd time. I told her that was asinine, that the mail held would have easily fit in the slot, and the package could have been left on my doorstep. Somehow I havent recieved my mail in the last 5 days when packages show delivered. Good to know our mail depends on how passive aggressive your employees are!

I can never catch my mail man and i have livef in my home for a year. I still have no vlue when my mail comes and i am seriously starting to think that he skips my road weekly. Im so confused by this. Waiting on an important peice of mail and my mail man hasnt come since Tuesday. Its 4:30 and he still has not been threw here, i have been watching all day. Post office closes at 5pm... So.

My wife was literally in our yard when they mail came. No attempt was made to deliver a letter that needed to be signed for. The carrier just wrote the slip that said sorry I missed you and left. Numerous packages have been destroyed because the carrier insist on leaving our packages on our upstairs porch and not under the covered front door

I live in a secured building and this morning the mailman just walked into the building instead of ringing the appropriate doorbell for the tenant. I love on naval ave. Please remind your mail people to ring doorbells please. I even told him that its what he needed to do.

SO BUSY, with ONE PERSON to help everyone in line!!! The line is out the door!! I feel sorry for the employee here, shes trying to keep a good attitude but I dont know how. USPS HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!!

15 people in line with 2 clerks is absolutely unacceptable. Not only not having enough clerks but they are taking their sweet time you can tell they get paid by the hour ..

I came in on a Saturday half an hour before closing. I was waiting maybe ten seconds; they had three people working. The employee who helped me was really nice!
