I sell stuff on E-bay and sell similar items daily, I have mailed 66 packages this year alone (2014). This poor review is mostly based towards the Old Guy and Old Lady who work the front registers. They have poor attitudes, lack of care towards customers and are rude. I have stood in line watching them argue with customers every time I go in there. Now recently they have been rude to my wife saying they Bubble Envelopes we use (the USPS ones you get at PX) are no good, and we need to purchase theirs from the Post Office?! What the ???? Then theres the old lady telling me she got poked by one of my items and I couldnt ship it. Ironically that Item was a USGI Foregrip I had bought, its was rounded, not 1 sharp edge and was made for Airborne Operations to not get snagged (So it blows my mind how it poked her, through a bubble wrap envelope). Then they tell me I cant ship Unit Patches in a regular Envelope because its against regulation. Everyday these people are coming up with lies and crazy regulations nobody has heard of. You wonder why the post office is on the brink of being bankrupt look at the employees. On a side note, I would give 5 stars for shipping, my packages when allowed, do ship to almost anywhere in the US within 3 days. The 1 star is specifically for the use of the store-side of the post office.

Extremely rude workers here. The one lady argues with everyone who comes in. She finds problems with everyones packages who comes in... my husband actually witnessed her shutting the gate down on customers she was in the middle of helping. She took my package that was scanned for shipment and took it back to my house saying the date was wrong well yeah they took it from my house the day prior!!!! Also if you only have duct tape to use dont send it through this place. Though Ive never had a problem with it unless shes working. So now I have to work with a site I sell my gently used clothes to get a new shipping label because she put tape all over what I had. This lady needs fired. Shes literally chasing away usps customers!!! No wonder this business is going bankrupt!!! Us active military and families dont deserve treatment like this we have enough stress to deal with it shouldnt be so tough to send a package! If you have the option use a different post office because you will just get the run around here.

The lady here is rude, her name is Chris. Last encounter was her shoving paperwork back at me & throwing down index cards. I used to work with the UPS Store and she made life miserable by telling me how to do my job with mailboxes & changing rules back and forth on our mailbox set-up. Tried to tie up loose ends before ending my job and she scoffed at me (had my daughter with me, was giving a form for new pick-ups to pick up mail for ups customers) my daughter had the paper in her hand and she jerked it out of her hand (unprofessional and rude up front of a 10 year old)..this occured June 15th, 2017. I also had several customer complaints about her while still working there, wanting to bring business elsewhere (I was there 2 years). My ups boss and the owner has also had bad encounters with Chris. :)

Rude, slow, unhelpful. The entire USPS system needs a reform because they are useless. I just had to call this location 10 times before someone finally answered. Just to be told that I cant even pick up my package because it hasnt been "processed". How was Fedex able to ship my package across the entire country in 4 days (S FL to WA) and USPS takes 2 days just to deliver 5 miles away. DO NOT use Fedex Smartpost because it relies on USPS to deliver. Absolute nonsense. Any encounters Ive had in person at this location have been less than pleasant as well. Skip it and go to UPS, its worth the money and sanity.

I went here today like I do once a month to drop my husbands care package off. I of course have to bring my three kids. Like most kids they dont adore the post office and werent having a good day so they acted up not terribly just a few times I had to tell them to quiet down. As I was walking out an employee said "thats the reason I dont have kids" I was so pissed and honestly if this post office wasnt around the corner from me Id probably never return! I called the manager who didnt even say Im sorry for that experience? Completely unprofessional

This post office is so freakin rude! I asked for a supervisor and the guy was like I am the supervisor. This is the second time I have encountered the same person. I only called to see where my freakin package is, instead he wants to get an attitude and not be professional at all!!!! He needs to be fired or talked to. Tried customer service to report him but I could t get through to an actual human. Not to mention he cut me off while I was tying to explain the situation. Horrible experience anytime I deal with them. Something needs to be done!

Really good experience today, so usually theyre always busy and what not, I ordered a package and it said delivered but I didnt receive it it took 4 calls for them to answer, have the tracking and said check back later in the week. To my surprise literally 15 minutes later an employee knocked on the door and have me the package, he explained they have a lot of new people and was delivered to the wrong building. They certainly corrected the mistake in way faster time than I was expecting. Awesome service experience.

Ive called 5 times today, and havent been able to get through to anyone. Ive been expecting a package that was supposed to be delivered last Thursday, and when my husband decided wed just go pick it up the Friday after the package was expected, the woman he spoke with in the office told us that we had to wait until the delivery route on Monday. He tried to explain that wed just like to pick the package up directly, and that we expected it the day before but she cut him off multiple times. Terrible customer service.

For the past couple months I have received other peoples mail and they have gotten mine. The tracker shows my package was delivered 5 days ago and has taken 11 days and counting for me to get my box. Not the first time a box went missing for a couple days from this office and when I addressed the issue. I got brushed off from the guy up front with a smile and a not my problem comment. I will be requesting a new handler.

I received a key that says you are holding one of my packages in (blank line). There is no box number on this key, I tried all the key spots you had. It didnt work. I could hear and see you in the room and you did not answer when I rang the bell, I could hear the phone ringing and hear you talking over it. Poor service, poor system, wish I could give less then 1 star.

I just checked my mail and had to deliver someone elses mail to them. This happens so often they should start paying us for this. It is either delivering other peoples mail or they dont give you the key to access your mail in the big bins. Not only that but some of the managers are rude. I cant wait to leave this post.
