This is the most unprofessional government institution with which I have ever had the misfortune of dealing. My roommate was out in our front yard with his dog who was on her electric leash when our mail carrier walked by ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET. She yelled across the street and asked my roommate to put the dog inside citing leash laws in our neighborhood. My roommate politely refused and informed the mail carrier that the dog was electronically restrained and on her own property (the dog is exceedingly friendly and never even barks; she loves people). The mail lady walked on and we THOUGHT that was the end of it. It wasnt. That was the last time we received any mail at all. I called the post office two weeks later only to find out that there is some bullshit "dog hold" on our address and I have to go there in person and sign some form or be forced to open a P.O. box if I want to continue receiving mail at this address. We were not informed of the hold in any way; they just stopped delivering our mail. I have always been a big proponent of the US postal service. I have family who work for them and have always respected what they do and been proud that at least my tax dollars were being put to a good use that benefited society as a whole. Today, as a result of this experience, my feelings have changed. I will no longer be sending my mail or parcels via USPS. UPS, FedEx or some other private courier can have my money instead. I would have given 0 stars but that was not an option.

The absolute worst post office in my experience since I moved here in 2004. I have filled several complaints. I am constently getting neighbors mail and it makes me wonder where mine went. Last month I could not find the statement for the house payment so I paid the normal ammount. Well the morgage had been sold and the payment had changed. Only a few dollars but not the point. Today 09/2016 I got my statement for last month open and taped back. So now whoever got it knows personal and financial information that they should not see.. Called today after about 20 rings someone answers and put on another line to which it was the same or more rings. Just hung up the phone. After her telling me she would get it straightened out today I ask her to give me her supervisors number so that if it is wrong after tomorrow I will be calling them and their supervisor if it is not correct also. I even put a note just inside where they have to see it the names for this address so it is also being overlooked. It has been there for 5 years. About my 10th call in the last year. Would have given a zero if there was a place to mark pick it.

Mail is often not delivered. A package was once thrown over our fence behind our recycling bins.... If the dogs hadnt of gotten into it we would have never known it was there. On the 7th we were supposed to have another package delivered so I stayed home for it. No one showed. I called the company in which I bout the product and they have me the tracking number, when I looked it up it said "no safe delivery, notice of pick up left". Hum. What? We had no notice of pick up. I called to see where my package was and got no answer. At all. Were still on the hunt for our missing package since no one can confirm without a notice of pick up yet we never received one. I hate this post office.

This post office plays games on the phone. They dont answer, if they do answer they put you on hold and then hang up, and sometimes they just hang up. They took our main postman off our route and since then, the alternate route people leave my gate open, leave mail for other people even when there is a HUGE note that states not to leave their mail. These people dont care and theres nothing you can do about it. I know why the post office is not doing well. They need to get new management who actually care about the future of the post office. Ive never dealt with such inadequacies!! First person I would fire would be the manager for allowing the games!

Worst post office in the world. Felt like a prison walking in. No one EVER answers the phone.. Lied on tracking information about delivery attempts being made and notices left, causing return to sender packages that were time sensistive. We were home and waiting for the packages when the supposed. "Notices" were left, and no one evsr came to our door. They just drive right by. Horrible customer service. Neighbors all experience the same thing. Still have multiple packages that are not in my hands, and no one will tell me where they are or whybthey wont be delivered. Pathetic...plain and simple.,

I have had 3 packages from Jewelry TV go missing. The post office scan says they were delivered, but they werent in my mail box. The same day, prescription pills were left in the box and I did receive them so I dont think it was a thief or they would have taken the pills too. The local post office NEVER answers their phone. The post office answered once and hung up on me. I have been calling them for 3 days straight all times of the day with NO answer. I am going to have to go there to try and get this resolved.

zero stars. this post office routinely delivers my mail to the wrong address. So far, I have found no recourse through the automated usps phone system, which doesnt provide an option for this common mistake. Unfortunately, I work by day and havent time to waste to try to contact a live person. Im sure my less than honest neighbors are enjoying all the stuff Ive bought them over the years. How hard can it be to deliver to the address on the package? What is wrong with these people? Im just sick of it!

Not only has this place "lost" my packages in the past, but they not once, not twice , but three times now have said that they have delivered my package and left a notice to my house with NO notice to be found on either my doorstep or my neighbors.... This is extreme laziness and unprofessionalism. Thankfully, Im not getting anything like medicine delivered to my door! Considering moving just to get away from this horrible post office so I can get what I pay for delivered on time...

If I could give this place negative stars bet your butt I would. Not only did the mail carrier on my route refuse to deliver mail to my disabled mother, after she passed they lost 3 change of address forms, and the same mail man delivered my birthday present to our mail box (which has been broken for 3 months and weve been driving 40 minutes to pick up our mail). This post office should be held on charges for mail obstruction and aiding in identity theft. Shame on all of you.

I had a delinquent package and I called the Warner Street post office for help. A super nice lady named Melinda took the time to look into the matter, contact the carrier and found the package!
