The attitudes and disrespect that comes from the manager of this post office is absolutely out of line and the fact that its a federal government associated place of business makes it even more pathetic that it continues to happen. After reading all the other reviews I understand Im not the only one. In my case they have targeted me personally with stopping delivery of mail to my residence without reason 3 different times over a 2 month period. After multiple complaints made to the main USPS center above this facility they now make it a point to mess with me even more. When I leave my gate open they leave a ticket on my door saying they missed me without knocking to see if Im home to recieve my packages. If my gates closed the package is said to be to heavy to put over the fence. The complaints Ive made havent brought any results to the way this facility is ran or how it represent our government. Now Im forced to hire a lawyer to stop the problems. I encourage anyone else experiencing the same kind of issues to persue legal action as well. Im sure Im not the only one they have done this to or are doing it to.

Heres the thing one shipped my products from here for a year and never had any trouble, however its how they handle their crisis that gives them one star. Saturday I took a package in, a very distinct package, upon getting home I realize the woman at the desk entered the wrong zip code no big deal Im easy going I understand people make mistakes so I called the lady who answered the phone find my package with ease, it had not been sent out it notice it WAS IN HER HANDS! She reassured me the problem would b fixed. Now today I sit here 2 days after I sent it with my package in the wrong state and I was told once they put that sticker barcode on it thats it so even though I as a paying customer was reassured their original mistake would b fixed, the mistake I literally put in their hands to fix was an absolute lie because its not like a new sticker could have been put on top of the messed up one. I am disgusted with the level of incompetence shown by the 3 workers I delt with. I dont have a problem with mistakes were all human but I do have a problem with being lied.

It was absolutely awful. Im 19, and buying of vapor/tobacco products is permitted at the age of 18. Not only did I have to ask my step mom to sign for my package, the woman at the front counter was very rude. She interrupted me multiple times during my questions. Once my step mom entered to sign for my package, she IDed her, and Obiously an individual has to be 15 to have a child. She was very irritating to us, and other customers. An individual was attempting to mail a package, and she felt the need to tell him to change his mailing to save $3. I will never enter that post office again, especially if that woman is working there.

Very rude every time, its like its the locations motto is to be as rude as possible. I drive out of my way to a different location now so I dont have to deal with these people. They are so depressed and take it out on the customers. They need a new manager at that location to brighten the spirit. If you want to ruin the rest of your day then this is the location for you. Just droping a prepaid package seems to be a huge hassle there, like they dont want any packages at all so people would leave them alone. Very dissapointing to see this in any service business.

For all these other reviews, if youre a bad customer, with a bad attitude... guess what... respect goes both ways. Im nice to the workers, and theyre nice to me. Theyre always speedy, and help with all of my questions or concerns with a positive knowledgeable attitude. Only complaint is that theyre not open later on Saturdays. Saturdays are my only day off to get stuff done, and it would be nice if they were open later.

Im sick of my deliveries being placed in a parcel box only to find out the keys were not placed in my mailbox. If you cant get something as simple as that right,you should lose your job! This is crazy! EDIT* I got ahold of someone at the post office and they had the mail person go back and correct the issue. I received a callback that the issue was corrected within two hours. Thank you!

I dont know if its just my luck, but I always seem to get a lazy USPS driver that just doesnt want to deal with walking up my driveway to deliver a package, so they just mark it undeliverable and send it back. Go with UPS. At least theyll hang on to it at their facility before shipping it back and you can have the chance to go pick it up. USPS is consistently the worst.

**COMPLETELY LAZY** - came to pick up a package that was received by the post office THAT the morning, and instead of attempting to look for the package got a lame excuse that they didnt have time to look for it, so I would have to wait until the next day when it would be delivered. THANK YOU for the EXTREMELY unpleasant experience!

If you want to be treated like your concerns dont matter, this is the place for you! They strive on making you feel like you are interrupting, bothering, and annoying them. They do not care to learn HOW TO DO their own jobs. Everyday they have less knowledge then the day before.

Lets put it this way i am trying to find a number to call in a complaint on the manager and post master. I have never met people that are straight up rude to customers. I suggest not going there if you can help it.
