If I could give no stars I would. I live a mile from this post office. Had a very important package delivered to my house by Saturday. Monday, still no package. Used tracking number and it says "unable to get through gate to deliver package." There is NO GATE to get into. Anyone can freely drive up to my address at any time, and even my mail box. Whats more is I was home all day waiting for this package! We even have a complex office that will hold packages for residents. Called Monday while at work, no answer even though hours online claimed they are open. Left messages no return call. Had to come in the following day, no apology or even concern. After waiting 15 minutes female cashier found my package. Told me the problem was they couldnt deliver to the office because it was closed. Tracking number said they attempted delivery at 7:30am on a saturday. Told her well that explains why they were closed, why wouldnt they have tried Monday? She shrugged. I said well This delivery guy should be talked too, he is obviously not doing his job. She says to me, yes he is doing his job and has for years. I told her then he would know not to try and deliver at 7:30am. She shrugged again and tells me "well heres your package so...." I dont know what kind of customer service training these employees had but they are seriously lacking in doing their jobs correctly.

Ive traveled to a lot of places in the military and I must say, of all the numerous post offices I have been to, this one is the absolute worst. Theyve given me package slips in the mail, then when I go to pick them up they dont have them for 1-2 weeks. When they finally "got them" (found them in whatever disorganized laziness they have going on in the back), they sharpied the most recent date onto the side and told me I was lying about when they arrived, though I had the dated package slip and my tracking confirmation from online - it is the 21st century after all. This happened on 3 separate occasions. Ship UPS!! Dont use USPS here. The cherry on top is the workers have bad attitudes and are not friendly or even apologetic for their mistakes. The worst part is that things like this ruin my day, being in the military my mail is very important to me - delays from mail or packages from home that I know should be here are really upsetting. To the people who work here: you have one job to do, and its easy considering you didnt have to go to boot camp to be there, you arent separated from your home and loved ones, you arent shipped around the world, you arent yelled at all day. You sort and deliver mail, and you are paid to do it. How hard is it to do your job. Honestly I would forgive any delays or lost mail, if only you had a bit of politeness in you.

Sorry for the long review, I almost never write reviews for places, but this interaction really set me off. This place, or should I say employee who works the front counter, gave me the worst customer service I have ever seen. Came in to pickup a package as it got re-routed from the destination to the post office for pick up. No big deal right? Well, when I came in I talked to Milla and I asked if I could pick up a package, it arrived an hour ago. She tells me "Umm we have hundreds of packages, you realize that its not that easy to just find things for you people" Shocked already, I said well Ive got a tracking number and can read you the address it was SUPPOSED to be shipped to. Then she goes into the back, brings it up, and starts to tell me how "I dont understand how its so hard to just get a post office box for $38 a year, you people are so cheap" and I literally was about to yell and cause a scene. I told her "well I dont have a PO box here because I live in port orchard, and honestly I dont get why youre saying this to me." Took my package and walked right out. This employee Milla could be a disgruntled postal worker, but whatever the case this is UNACCEPTABLE and I really would like her to get replaced by a more compentant / friendlier employee.

One of the worst post offices I have ever been to. My daughter is lucky if she gets her mail or packages. They insist on delivering to the management office at Trillium Heights, and management will open up peoples packages (because we have stood there and watched them) and look to see what they have gotten and then seal up the packages and let you know you have a package. To me what the post office and Trillium Heights is doing is highly illegal. Its a federal offense. My daughter asked to have her packages stopped at the post office so she could pick them up herself and the nasty customer service person said she couldnt do that so she asked the post master and he said she could and took her info down and after that they are still supposedly trying to deliver her package. They took something really easy and made it difficult. The mail carrier also mixes up the mail and she will get someone elses.

Horrible! I RARELY recieve my packages in the mail. Recently even the packages that are small enough to put in my mailbox dont get delivered. I get a peach-colored slip with "attempted delivery" marked for EVERYTHING. Attempted delivery my butt! My husband works 8-4 with a 40 minute commute. The only day I can make the 15 minute drive to town is on Saturdays. If you have the option use UPS! I wish I could paste in my review how they left one package in particular. Hanging out of the mailbox, in plain site for anyone who passes to grab! Ill take a peach-colored slip over my mail stolen any day. Or better yet, delivered to my door! This post office has had me seeing red on a number of occasions, and has forced me to just simply terminate my Prime membership. I will gladly pay more elsewhere to avoid USPS.

Im wondering if the 5 star reviews were done by people who work here. It doesnt seem like dealing with this post office is ever a pleasant experience. I personally have been calling every day for the last week trying to schedule an appointment for a passport with no success. Nobody answered the phone, not even once, and the voice mailboxes are always empty?! How do they get away with that? I live 25 minutes out from this location and am going to have to pack up the kid and drive there just to schedule an appointment, because they dont know how to answer the phone.

These people are awful. I went there to mail a package, there was zero priority mail containers left, and when I voiced my frustration with the people at the desk, the woman there told me "you need a bottle of wine, we all need a bottle of wine hahahaha"...What the...? How unprofessional can we get???? Awful service. This PO also crushed and lost a package of mine. Luckily I had insurance, but they acted like I was crazy when I went in to try and find where my package was.

Worst run establishment in the county. If you think the DOL/DMV is stereotypically slow in service then brace yourself for the worst service experience of your life. Going on 15+ years of doing battle with them on a weekly basis. Lost packages, lost mail, long lines, no phones, no answers, bad attitude, and lots of grief must be the motto in the staff room. I cant fathom how they continue to function... Two thumbs down, would give 0 stars if it was available.
