This place doesnt even deserve 1 whole star. I dont come here very often, but when I do, the experience is usually bad. My mom had a bad experience today and thats what made me decide to write a review about this place. Im glad to see there are others who agree with me. So my mom went down there earlier today to drop some packages, and from my past experiences, the workers there dont really give an F about their job. They are always talking to each other, taking their sweet time. Even if theres a long line, they are in no rush to get you out the door. The lady helping my mom asked her something, and she answered, but then while carelessly talking to her co-worker, asked another question without my mom realizing it. Then she asked if my mom spoke English. F*** you, lady. Seriously? If anybody reading this is smart enough, do not support this location. Go to the one in Gladstone. Its not that far, and its never busy when I go. Its way smaller, but its Gladstone and the longest line Ive ever been at there is about 2 people ahead of me. Theyre way nicer and you wont have to deal with any BS. The Oak Grove one is just so dumb. Its the same damn people there for 10+ years now. They hate their job. Theyre probably only still there because of the benefits. Benefits they dont deserve. They always jack up their prices every year (I guess thats a whole company thing) and you wonder why people hate them too. Ive gone to the Oak Grove location for years but about a year or two ago, I decided to boycott it. Not only because of what just happened or the bad service I continuously got, but Im pretty sure theyre responsible for sending our mail to our neighborhood too. Theyre never on time and always seem to change the time they drop off our mail. They always put someone elses mail in our box and expect us to fix their mistake. The list goes on. So the final word: dont come here. Go somewhere else.

Just like ALL USPS locations, customer service is a foreign concept. The attitude of these employees really surprises me most times, but really shouldnt at this point. To have a manager-Melissa-hang up, be extremely unhelpful and disrespectful shows the mentality of the USPS and the main reason it is failing as a business. Its long overdue for the mail handling to be passed on to a company that can actually handle delivering mail! Its longer overdue for our government to stop cutting them tax breaks and other incentives that-in the long run cost tax payers billions--BILLIONS--of dollars and cut their losses. Its unfortunate they not only mishandled an easy job, but have gambled with their employees pensions but with the attitude I receive every time I give the USPS money to do a service-i call that Karma. If only Google gave a zero star or negative... If your as fed up as I am, write your local and state representative and tell them to stop supporting the USPS!

I called to try and locate a package that was shipped ground with no tracking and still hadnt shown up after the 5-10 business days (it had been about 15). The guy on the phone, Michael, was not only super snotty and condescending to me, I dont even think he really checked to see if my package had been through the system. He acted snotty about the package not having tracking, and said there was nothing he could do, until I pressed on and asked if he could check my address. He took only the street number then put me on hold. Im pretty sure he did nothing, then picked up the phone and said it that it hadnt come through the system and was likely returned to sender. I doubt he even checked. Absolutely terrible. How does the USPS expect people to want to use their services with employees like that?

Went to pick up package which was marked as no access even though I met the driver at my mailbox. After catching them in this lie they changed it to weather delay. No attempt was made to deliver on-time and when visiting the distribution center to collect my parcel I was informed that theyre too busy to look for my package and to call the next day. The phone was not answered in the 35min I was there waiting at the dutch door to be helped. Interestingly enough I got a print out from another location (very helpful) and it shows that the parcel never left this location. I would be willing to accept that theyre overloaded and unable to deliver the package but blaming me and my residence as "not accessible" is unacceptable.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. The gentleman saw me with my baby in one arm and a huge box in the other and he looked at me and walked away to do something he easily could have done after he helped the line of customers. Then he took his sweet time to walk back. All i wanted was some packaging tape to tape the top of my box shut and he acted so put off as he hhesitatd to even give it to me then just threw it on top of the box. Like seriously common sense and proper customer service would be to actually help a customer. I never make complaints but their customer service was seriously horrible.

I live directly between this office and the one in downtown Milwaukie, I always choose to go to the Naef location. Though it is a MUCH busier post office, I find the service to be much more friendly. Lets face it no one enjoys going to the post office, its not Disneyland, though the line may feel just as long sometimes. That is not the fault of the employees, they are always working as quickly and efficiently as possible. This location also has a self service machine that is accessible when the office is closed, as well as a drive through drop off for your prepaid mail. This is USPS at its best.

This the worst location to have a PO box! The customer service is non existent and employees look & act like they hate life! They have misplaced packages for my box more times than I can count... Then put "package slips" in our box when we have nothing. Ive had packages with confirmation that they were at the post office, then it takes over two days to get notice in my box.Recently, After about a day & half after I had confirmation online it was there, I ask the counter for it, only to get "nothings there" , "it might be in a bin somewhere" then no help locating it...

I have never had a problem with the mail until I moved into this district. When I put the mail on forward, they tag it as "vacant house" and send it back to sender. When I am there and the mail is supposed to come to me, they will forward it. Or deliver it to the wrong address. I have complained many, many times and it falls on deaf ears. This is the ONLY post office where I have ever had a problem with the delivering of my mail. And it continues year, after year, after year.

The slowest, worst possible service ive ever encountered... no sense of urgency to process things in a timely manner. Deliberately finding things to distract themselves rather than helping the next customer. Thirteen people in line with me and at approx 4 minutes per customer the math tells me ill be here almost HOUR just to see if I have any mail being held... i might not even have to be here right now. Nobody cares... horrible. Somebody help me.... this is unbearable.
