I frequently send and receive packages. Sending packages through this office has not been an issue this past year. I have had several issues with receiving packages. Not receiving packages in a timely manner and being delivered to the wrong address, although package/letter is clearly marked, had been issues that are improving. Contacting this location via phone for customer service issues have been a miss so far. I did get through once to ask a general question not well answered online. I have heard them answer the phone several times and I feel better as I thought it was just me. In person services for me can be excruciating, due to pain and the fact they are amazingly slow and dont appear to care. Twice they have explained services and options after the purchase was made. I chalked that up to asking a ton of questions beforehand, obviously, just not the right ones. The staff are, in my opinion, excessively chatty with each other and certain regular customers, when it seems to be the most inopportune time. Only once, have l seen two people at the counter serving customers, I was the only person in line with two customers at the counter. I had about an 12 minute wait. The other times I have been, there was only one person serving customers and the lines were three to seven deep. I have had waits around 23 minutes being the third or fourth person in line. I dont mind waiting; although they seem to enjoy taking their time, I dont complain about waiting. The staff seem offstandish, unless they know you, then they are extremely effusive and friendly. I have lived in a number of states. Each postal location is obviously different; but there are similarities that lead me to believe certain aspects of their behavior is due to organizational culture.

They rarely have more than one person upfront helping people so the service is incredibly slow. Even when there are seven or eight people waiting, they will not bring an additional person up front. In addition they spend an inordinate amount of time helping each person and offering them services that werent solicited or explaining the various types of options for sending an item and its associated fee schedule. I have had some pretty frustrating experiences here and generally prefer to use any other carrier if possible.

The carriers at this location mistakenly place my mail in other mailboxes all the time. I have also received bills and other important documents that belonged to someone else. ID theft at its best. I asked a few times to speak with a supervisor; not only they say there isnt one, but my former complaints have never been addressed. Very unprofessional! Playing with peoples personal information and belongings. Shame on you! Hire some people that can read (English that is).

Unbelievably rude, when I politely called to inquire about a package which was being returned to sender due to wrong address. Turns out it was the right one on the box, and on the invoice. So, thats great. Now I may have to pay shipping twice, unless these people somehow miraculously offer to help. They are so rude!!!

They charge $40 to change a lock in an existing MBU which the new homeowner has no control over! Thats absolutely ridiculous!
