A bunch of Idiots who returned all my mail to sender! Because I travel so much, I had a PO Box that I checked every month or two. When my PO Box expired, instead of notifying me, they simply returned all my mail (including checks and important tax info) back to the senders! When opening a PO Box, they require a physical address, a phone number, and an email...but these idiots dont even know how to use your contact information. I spoke with the manager, who is a complete idiot, not to mention completely unhelpful. I asked why they never notified me, or forwarded my mail to me. Oh, apparently they dont do that. I take that back, they did notify me, by putting a 10 day notice in my PO Box before sending all of my mail back. They had my physical address, phone number, and email, and instead of doing anything logical with that information, they just sent all my mail back. Then I tell the manager, ok, I would like to renew my PO box, and he goes on to tell me a) their rates have gone up, b) I have to pay a late fee, and c) I can not do it over the internet or the phone. Wow, no wonder they reported a $3.3 billion loss last quarter, they hire a bunch of uneducated idiots who cant think logically, and treat your mail like its made for wiping their a**. Point is, if you cant check your mail every week, do not get a PO Box here, everything costs more because the entire company from the ground up is a bunch of mindless morons who will make you pay for their lack of ability to think logically and do things correctly. due to their complete disregard for my mail, and their company wide incompetence, I have chosen to have my mail sent somewhere else, and you should to. Until they start treating their customers (and their mail) with respect, they will continue to lose money and eventually all those uneducated brains they hire will be unemployed where they belong. And if you happen to work here, dont you worry too much because the rest of the actual capable citizens in this country will still be working and paying for your unemployment while you sit on your couch where you belong and watch tv with the rest of the mindless idiots living in their parents basements. Congratulations, you successfully failed at life.

Our condo complex is not very large, but for the past several years many of the residents either do not get all of their mail or get other homeowners mail. I get an average of 6-7 pieces of other peoples mail per week. At first I thought the mail carriers might have dyslexia, but now I am convinced that the carrier is paying very little attention to the unit #s as it can be mail intended for any of the 75 units in our complex. This is a SERIOUS problem as I might be willing to walk the other persons mail to their door, but not everyone is. I have never received important mail such as mortgage and bank notices. I will no longer place my outgoing mail in the receptical and have to drive any outgoing mail to the Post Office to make sure it gets to it destination. The mail carrier also likes to jam packages into the small mail receptical rather than put it in the large package receptical and leave a key in my box. What they do not understand it that the back door they shove the mail through is 1" in diameter smaller in the front door that I open. I frequently have to tear packages apart in the box in order to get them out of my box. We are all getting sick of this lack of insight and attention to detail that has now become chronic. Today, I know that I was supposed to have had 3 packages delivered and they are no where to be found. I know they should have been delivered because I paid for tracking and delivery confirmation. Of course I cant reach anyone at the Tualatin USPS because it is Saturday. The USPS is loudly complaining about not having enough operating budget and threaten to cut Saturday service. They are well paid for their job and have better benefits than most of us, but they cannot even do their basic job of putting the right mail in the correct mail box (at least my carrier). When I do not receive important mail, I wonder who has gotten ahold of the information which is often enough for identity fraud to be carried out. If the USPS carrier cannot perform their basic job maybe they should lose it.

This place is horrible for being a government office. The people working their need to be fired. My issue started the day I got the PO and I received my keys. The first month I didnt receive no mail becuase someone screwed up the paper work. I had important papers coming and they had to reissue due to their mess up. Now my renewal is up and I got an email notice that if I didnt renew my box would be closed and my mail be returned. My close date is the 10th of this month so I go thinking Ill just close my box and they have already locked it. So I go to the counter and talk to the guy and says its locked and I ask can I just pay for additional month or so and he say no. I then ask then Ill just close the box and get my mail and return.the keys. He says he cant give me my mail until I pay. Im like WTF its not like it past due I just dont want to renew. Only way to give me my mail is to pay and renew because its locked. This is how our government is ripping people off. I had to pay $41.00 for 6 month just so he can give me my mail. Most of it which was junk mail becuase I pay everything on line. The guy even had a smirk like he enjoyed ripping off people. Worst experience from a government office. Please watch out for this place and the reviews speak for themselves. People just dont make this stuff up..

The postal delivery person has been harassing people, and damaging property. Pounding on the door, screaming and yelling at my childs sitter. Honestly it is so bad I have been video recording the incidents and will call the police to press charges once I have enough evidence. All of this is because there is a car parked in front of my house. Not our car and no its not even close to the mailboxes. Apparently this postal worker has been harassing the entire neighborhood like this for years. Well no more because he has been caught on camera punching and kicking this car and pounding on my door then yelling and threatening a teenage sitter. Basically this guy is psychotic. No one at the post office will respond to complaints about this person. Time to take these matters into my own hands.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Elizabeth needs to be fired, absolutely the worst postal experience of my life. She is rude, unhelpful, condescending, and basically mean. I had to return to the line 3 times because each time she refused to help me since she wanted something done differently with my international shipment. FINALLY another clerk helped me but was clearly dominated by this HORRIBLE Elizabeth. The reviews on here are all true. I will NEVER return to this PO and I hope they fire everybody in this place and start fresh because the only way to change a lousy employee is to fire them. To top it all off the woman in front of me (first time in line) was asking for a manager so this awful clerk, Elizabeth treats everyone horribly.
