I own a business on SE commercial st and this post office will not repair their mail boxes. All my mail gets soak and wet and I have to lay out all my mail for a couple of days so it can dry so that I can pay my bills. Most of the time I have a hard time reading any mail because the ink has bled from getting wet. I have talked to the manger, supervisor after supervisors about this issue and they after months complaining they have done nothing! My mail box gets flooded with magazines that arent mine and that are so soak and wet they fall apart when taking them out of my mail box so I started putting them on top of my mail box so now the mail carrier refuses to put my mail in the mail box. I happened to run into one of the mail carriers and he said the other mail carrier put a note on my box saying I refuse my mail which I dont! I need my mail to pay my bills and also I receive products in the mail that is very important And vital for running my business! If anyone who knows how to deal with these people let me know! Apparently they feel they are the mail nazis and can do what ever they want and dont care about the consumers whom relay on getting our mail!

Postal carrier constantly delivers my mail and packages to the neighboring business instead of mine, I understand that on occasion things may get mixed up but this occurs on a daily basis. In fact they delivered a package that I was expecting to someone else, they scanned the package and stated they delivered it to the front desk lobby area, the funny thing is my business is a warehouse and I do not have a front desk lobby area. Unfortunately 10 days have passed and I still have no idea where that package is, wether the mail carrier actually delivered it somewhere or if so where ever they delivered it to has dishonest people that may have just kept it for themselves. I have filed a formal complaint online and have reported that package stolen so I hopewho ever has my package decides its worth committing a crime for. Sadly I am expecting more packages but I no longer trust that usps will actually deliver them to the correct address. I may justhaveto start using ups or fed ex at least I know they will deliver my stuff.

I love this post office! I come here to work on all of my after hours shipping at their kiosk. It is always nice and clean and there is plenty of room to lay out packages to get organized. Every time that I have come in during hours to drop off packages the attendants are always super friendly and informative. They are always willing to answer any questions you have about shipping and tell you best way to send things. As an ebay seller I have found their information and shipping tips to be priceless. They also always keep the line moving, the longest I have ever waited was 5 minutes and that was during the lunch hour. I would recommend this location over any other. This is always my go-to post office for all of my shipping needs. Thank you for being so awesome!

Wow! I just got off the phone with Sergio and have to say that I am shocked enough at his abruptness that I am willing to post here! I moved from the area over two months ago and am still not getting mail forwarded properly so needed to call the office and make sure that they have the information correct. The whole time I lived there I received mail for the previous resident (the new people are getting her mail also!) but Sergio did not care. He took the names and address and said he will talk to the carrier and just barely said goodbye! It may be a very busy time for them but that level of rudeness is pretty unacceptable to me. No wonder the system is going broke!

I ordered a small camera,from Amazon, everyone agreed the carrier was "pretty responsible." The package was scanned "delivered " and was put in my rural mailbox......unfortunately I didnt receive. it. Even though the many supervisors assured me they were checking with the carrier and would get back to me, I had to get back to them. 5 days later Sergio said "do you know if someone checked the back room?".....no package. , I loose.,

The post man wrote "excessive animal interference" instead of delivering my package!! Really? What disturbed you? A bird? A 4 year old napping child?? THERE IS NO ANIMAL!! Lazy.... Thats what I think about my post man!! Just didnt feel like delivering the mail today..... Its par for the course with this post office location. Would have given ZERO STARS But it wont let me.

TO THE OLD MEN WHO WORK HERE: I PROMISE YOUR FACE WONT CRACK IF YOU SMILE! Everytime I go in here I make sure the visit is short as the workers seem to always be in a bad mood and give you dirty looks. Pretty sure your customers are the sole reason you get to keep your job....

The mailman sped down my street I stopped him and said asked him to slow down because I have children and pets on this road. He said no problem. The way back down he went even faster hes out of control, I will be calling the police and the post office.

No one listens when there is a problem and then they dont really care to solve the problem. It took 4 weeks to get my mailbox key and a week to get packages out of a parcel box with a key broken off in it.

Does their phone work at all??? Its been busy for 2 days. They are holding a peice of mail that is imperative to my move from AZ to OR and I cant get the phone to ring. I am suoer unimpressed

I have been to postofficesall over the US and I must say this postoffice is the slowest I ever visited. In 30 minutes they managed to help 2 customers while approx. 15 were standing in line.

With service like this I am just so amazed that the US Post Office is still in business. In the private sector they would have been laughed out of business decades ago.
