This is about a problem I have been having with my mail carrier. I have lived in the Cedar Mill area of Portland Oregon since 2005 and for the last year in 2015 my mail carrier has decided for some reason to not mail my outgoing mail. This happened 6 months ago and had to take it all the way into Portland to get a very important bill mailed. He took my bill and put big black check marks on it and wrote NO NO NO all over it. I called over at the Alocleck CPU where the carrier picks up his mail and reported it and found out the other day this carrier has decided to do this again to me and keep sending my bills back. I was in a terrible car wreck in 2006 leaving me physically and emotionally challenged and this is not my falt. I am in a walker and on public assistance. By the type of mail I get he has decided that what I have in the way of benefits is unfair and he is not sending at all this year 2016 and last year 2015 my outgoing mail because of discrimination. There are 8 apartment complexes here in Cedar Mill and have heard from others here in my apartments that he is doing this to other disabled individuals too. In the late 70"s I grew up in Tulsa Oklahoma there was a slow man named Chris who went to my jr high school and my day camp. They would never deliver his outgoing mail because of his slowness and disabilities. This is what is happening to me. These disabilities are not my falt and this carrier is treating me like dog crap. Mr Mail carrier. I will get an attorney and call the Postal Inspector if you continue to discriminate against me and not deliver my outgoing letters. So far it has been since the first week of December 2015 and it has been 44 days that I have been trying to get my cell phone bill to Sprint delivered and you keep sending it back RETURN TO SENDER: ADDRESS UNDELIVERABLE:UNABLE TO FORWARD. Yet I keep readdressing it nice and typing it still it is coming back. I took the letter over to the Thriftway CPU and they said nothing was wrong with it and that it was the mail carrier doing this. Just so you know I hate you mr Mail carrier. You are dog crap yourself for treating the disabled like it is our falt we are this way. I plan to get an attorney if you continue to do this to me for something I never did and is not my falt in the first place. You sir are an evil evil horrible jerk. Please never ever never ever never ever never ever mail your mail at any mail box in the Cedar Mill area of Beaverton because the carrier is a Cherry Picker and has decided he is only delivering a small percentage of outgoing mail.

I love bales store and nothing complaining about the store but complaining there USPS postal service. I was using this postal service place over 4 years and had no issue till today. I stopped by the location to drop off my first class international package which I prepaid and printed out the label from online with clik-N-ship. The Manager came up to me and said that I cannot ship my package there since I did not fill out 3 pages CN22 custom form. She was totally wrong, When I use quick-N-ship first class international, I fill out CN22 custom form through the USPS website and the custom deceleration appears on the label. There is no 3 pages labels needed like international priority mail, First class international label has only ONE PAGE and it contains custom deceleration form as well as shipper/receivers address. I explained it to her but she said I am wrong and she even said she does not have time to deal with me because she is in hurry. I left that location without not able to drop off my package. I went to 185th USPS office and asked if I was missing some documentation, but customer service personal said my label and package had nothing wrong and ready to drop off and he said he does not understand why my package was refused at that location. This place unprofessionally treats customer and do not know what they do as a professional. Will never use this postal service anymore.

This isnt a real post office, ppl that work there dont have any real knowledge about sending packages internationally, and they even dont try to be helpful and provide you with informations or any semblance of good customer service. I guess it was only my problem that I didnt know enough facts about shipping internationally

Not a full blown post office branch, but offers decent services for its size. There does tend to be a line at this branch office and at times it almost seems like the postal employees are intentionally processing things slowly. Also, do note that the office is inside of the supermarket.

Convenient location in the grocery store, friendly helpful staff. Usually well staffed even during pre-Christmas rush (although there will be a line). They do handle registered mail. Definitely recommended!

Its cash only and they are ill equipped to handle anything other than selling stamps. Save yourself some time and go to a real post office instead.
