I was using this postal service place over 4 years and shipped international mail/package over 300 times with same way but had no issue till today. I stopped by the location to drop off my first class international package which I prepaid and printed out the label from online with clik-N-ship. The Manager came up to me and she said that I cannot ship my package there since I did not fill out 3 pages CN22 custom form. She was totally wrong, When I use quick-N-ship, first class international, I fill out CN22 custom declaration form through the USPS website and the custom deceleration appears to the label. There is no 3 pages labels needed like international priority mail, First class international label has only ONE PAGE and it contains custom deceleration form as well as shipper/receivers address. I explained it to her but she said I am wrong and she even said she does not have time to deal with me because she is in hurry. I left that location without not able to drop off my package. I went to 185th USPS office and asked if I was missing some documentation, but customer service personal said my label and package had nothing wrong and ready to drop off and he said he does not understand why my package was refused at that location. This place unprofessionally treats customer and do not know what they do as a professional. Will never use this postal service anymore.

Called customer service to complain about my mail constantly getting lost and receiving other peoples mail. Ended up on hold for an hour and a half just to get a case number and was told someone else would contact me in two or three days in which I would need to repeat my story to. Jumped through all of their hoops in hopes that it would make a difference, yet I still lose important documents and packages in the mail left and right. It isnt cool when you have to deliver your neighbors mail to their door clip because the mailman couldnt take a few extra seconds to pay attention to detail.

This kiosk is inside the Thriftway shopping center there on SW Farmington Rd and 176th Ave. They wont give you the same level of service that a normal post office would, but if your package is bundled up correctly, it can be very convenient. It was cash or check only, but there was no line when I went in on a Saturday afternoon. The post office I usually go to often has over 20 people in line, so this was a nice change.

Cash only, stuck in 1980. Clerks spend massive amounts of time socializing instead of getting the work done. The service is very slow due to chatting for several minutes with customers and dragging out the most simplistic of job duties. Its painfully obvious they are trying to get out of work.

I have never had any problem here, the service is way better than the "official" Aloha post office on 185th. Sure it is crowded at Christmas time, but so is every other place. The clerks are more friendly and social, but I see that as a good thing.

This is a convenient Post Office here rather than trying to make it to one of the USPS branches elsewhere. However, this is cash only.

The woman working here was nice, but its inside of the Thriftway - there is no 24 hour self-help kiosk, and you can only pay in cash.

Its inside the Bales Thriftway Store. I hardly ever see the post office open they seem like almost always closed

So lame. Too many ways to list. Just go elsewhere. Youll be very disappointed.
