***Terrible! Long story but Im trying to get my baby safe off the street for being kicked out by the roomates mother for prejudice and assumptions (again, long story) after sending him emergency mail and an expensive package theyve lost it!!!! I needed him to get this as soon as possible. The roomate never received it. There was no note of delivery. He even went to the post office and they told him it never showed up - what package? they told him. Ive gone on the website with the tracking number and it always posts unavailable. Ive checked, double checked, tripple checked the address and Ive sent postage before. Right now the postage Ive sent has been 1 out of 3 getting in his hands. Its been 10 days and I overnighted it. Getting back to the Colorado post office today with my receipts of purchase, they SHOWED ME PROOF OF DELIVERY ON DOORSTEP, the postmans word, yet, where is the package? What if someone was traveling and their medications were lost or a grandparents will documents!!!??? A suicidal woman might need regularly timed mail and they happen to use the postal system. A small family may be in the process of moving and have a new card in the mail, perfectly timed but oops because the mail delivered the card late or was lost and they didnt get finances in on time they lost their apartment and are on the street. Bottom line is they screw with someone elses life and plans when they dont care. Even if my situation is possibly a misunderstanding somewhere - lets say the roomate missed the mail in the bushes by the doorstep (I REALLY hope this is the case by the way). Even so, by reading the other coments, if this is their attitude about their job they did worse then fail. They are not running an ice cream parlor for crying out loud. No ones future or drama depends on an ice cream parlor, but it it certainly can on the mail. I am not made of money so I cant just keep resending - until my paycheck Im down to $45.00 in my account alone. This was a lot of what we had to live on and they let us down big time. Some people actually are DEPENDING their LIVES on getting their deliveries. This place needs to be shut down imediatly if it cannot do as advertised and cannot be trustworthy. I have been calling for 5 days now and it clicks off saying they are closed when it is during business hours. I am at my wits end. Do not go through this postal service unless you dont really care if it arrives or not. 1/5/17 its been a few days and that particular post office says they have no record of the package coming in.

I shouldnt be writing this right now as Im so angry with this PO. In the last 6 months they have literally LOST 4 packages, they seem to set scanned in but never get to my LOCKED mail box. So I have no way of proving I didnt get them. They will investigate and ask the postman, and they say he can remember how many he drops off to everyone in a day a week later, wish I could do that. I get several and have been known to get 10 in a day, and he can remember that. I have a small business. Well Im expecting one today that was delivered to the PO at 4:27am today, should of been delivered today but it wasnt so I called. For some reason my condo # wasnt on it so they RETURNED it to FL... I need this package for a customer and now. I have been at this address for 7 yrs, the PO is well aware of my business and they have added the number on it before because they know me!!!! Personally I think its revenge!! since I complained before when they lost one of my last packages that they arent going to do anything now more than they have to!!! Customer service sucks!!! but who can you report it, its to much of a hassle,!! so this is the next best thing I guess, but you cant trust them with anything, its a crap shoot if you get your packages or not until you made everyone send them for a signtaure, but Im never home to get those so it would mean running to the PO every day!!

I can not even fathom how a delivery service can be so incredibly incompetent, especially after repeated inquiries via phone regarding damaged mail and mail being delivered that is not even ours! My wife and I have medical supplies delivered by mail, and it is left outside either damaged by being stuffed into a tiny community mail box or left outside in the heat with no knock or door bell to let us know it has been delivered. Shame on USPS as there is a right way to deliver. People want the delivery carrier to knock or ring the door bell and wait for a reply...AND acknowledge the name, address along with a friendly hello. I am not interested in a service by someone I do not know, who does not care about his or her community, and most important of all...does not give a damn about the importance of delivering important mail. Why is nothing being done about this? Perhaps USPS should be known as HPS (Hostile Postal Service).

Post Office needs to split the route of our carrier so our mail can be delivered at a reasonable hour. It is currently a half past 5, and STILL no mail! We are only 4 flippin blocks from the Post Office! We moved here just over a year ago, and NEVER had to wait past 3:00 for our mail at the latest! Ridiculous! Do NOT feel it is the carrier, its the "powers that be" as it were. Come on, REALLY?!?! I have been tracking a package since 1/10/17, it made it across the entire US in three days to final dustribution center, and is now going an additional 3 days sitting here waiting to get delivered. Yesterday, I watched as the mail man park in front of the cluster mailbox, get out of his truck, hand deliver a single large manilla envelope to the home that the cluster mailbox sits in, drop it at the front door, get back in his truck and drive away, never to return! He was AT the mailbox!!!!! Ugh!!!

Not that it really needs another review because all the rest are spot on, but yes, this ones awful. I looked up all the usps locations and this one has the worst review. I went in today to mail my husbands phone back to the phone company. The asian man there was very rude and I explained I did not know what box I needed. He refused to help me. Their lines are long and if you make a mistake, asian dude will tell you to get back in line instead of helping you. He needs to be fired, as I notice in other reviews, others seem to agree he lacks any customer service skills. I work in retail. I understand stressful jobs with sometimes difficult customers. I also understand you shouldnt be able to keep your job if no customer wants to deal with your attitude.

The worst post office I have ever been to. I have lived in the neighborhood for a few years and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. They seem to not care when you cant find your packages. They move super slow and seem to be confused more times than not. I have talked to the supervisor a couple of times and each time they seem to just pass the buck. They once lost a package of mine for a couple of weeks and when I finally did get it, it had shoe prints all over it from someone repeatedly stepping on it. I will no longer spend money at this post office and deal with how rude the people that work there are. I wish them good luck because they really need it.
