Just got back after mailing out three packages (5 mailing days before Christmas)! The line was incredibly long, all the way to the end of the building, but they were rocketing through people! I wasnt waiting for very long at all! They had four workers manning their stations, and one additional person for those not making money transactions (questions or picking up boxes). All of the staff were in good spirits, despite many of them having been there since 4, or 3 AM (I went at 3PM!). Ive never had a bad experience at this post office, and today was no exception, despite being the height of the holiday season! Theyre a great staff!

Packages go missing, customer service is lackluster, and worst of all deliveries arent even attempted. Most of the time Im actually at home when they "attempt" to deliver, aka they dont knock or ring the doorbell. And I get it, I live in a second story apartment, but seriously? Cant wait to get my Christmas presents stolen this year!

Ive been to this post office many times since my husband and I have moved to Springfield, and the staff are always very friendly! Ive never had problems with any mail services through this center, and staff do their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible considering how long PO lines can be. Great Post Office!

These guys are so incopetent they make a lot of mistakes never want to be responsible i have gone there three times and there is always a mistake i really incourage you customers to go to ups they are really professional not like these guys that dont know what professional means and it should be 3rd class not first

This is the absolute worst Post Office in the area. Carriers decide when to stop delivering mail and return it to sender, deliver packages to the wrong address, Office staff are rude and make every excuse as to why its "not our fault, its just policy". Avoid this location unless you enjoy frustration.

With my most recent visit I was dropping off a package and they didnt ask me what was inside of the package at all like they usually do and I got a letter saying that my package didnt qualify as a package at all. Worse Post office and not so well with customer service at all. Dont trust them.

Submitted online form to have 2 parcels redelivered but after a week there was still no delivery or attempt to deliver on their own. Had to call twice and now after two weeks NOTHING. I work you days a week from 7 to 6 so I cannot go into the office to pick up my parcels. Such awful service!

For some reason they cant deliver 1-day priority shipping on time. This is the second time Ive had to deal with them not delivering my package even though its priority 1-day shipping. Going to the office tomorrow to see what the issue is.

I patrinize this USPS location almost daily, shipping packages for my business. I find the service to be excellent, the employees to be friendly and efficient. I have enjoyed using the A St. location very much over an 8 year time period.

They can probably send a letter for granny, but dont trust them to do anything else right. Ancient PO boxes and management to match. They should shut this dump down and let the senile old women who run it retire in peace.

Put the key to the secured lock box in the wrong mail slot. Now im out of my amazon package worth $$$. Hopefully it went to one of my good neighbors who will return it to me and not someone who will open it and resell it.

My packages get lost or stuck at this post office for up to a week. I have a lot of my customers upset over this. Horrible horrible. Why does this always happen at this post office? I wish I could bypass this post office.
