If your package goes through here, good luck retrieving it. These people are horrible. I do not know what kind of business they are running but their reveiews speak for themselves. I have my package going through here and tracking shows its just stuck there. What kind of bs is that? It arrived OCTOBER 17, 2016 and it is OCTOBER 30 2016 today. It has been 2 weeks and NO UPDATES on my package. I will file a complaint about this. This is ridiculous amd something must be done to ensure the workers there are not just taking advantage of the government. I hope they review the workers or change up Management because packages JUST DONT DISSAPEAR. Maybe theft is going on at the facility. I did have over $600 worth of value in my package. Reviews must be WRITTEN about this facility. Something needs to be done about this ongoing problem with missing packages. PLEASE NOTE: IT JUST ASKS FOR YOUR EMAIL TO WRITE A REVIEW. Never pick up the phone. Employee/Employees hang up phone so they can continue ducking thier obligations, something called work !! Package has been in area post office for 3 days, and it still is not delivered. Look at the complaints going back 2 plus years on this location, and nearby locations. No improvement in nearly three years. What is so hard about doing your jobs ? Collect a paycheck, but not work? Sounds like these Postal Workers think they are living on Easy Street. I just will call the United States Postmaster General ! I bet you they get working when they get the Big Bosses calling. How hard is it to pick up the phone and answer to find out the status of a package I paid $ 80.00 plus dollars to mail ? Apparently Richmond California is incompetent enough to have figured that one out ! Get New HELP Soon

Waited all day-- with door open!- for package I needed you sign for and had tracking info for. Postman never showed up, said they left a notice for picking it up at P.O., But they hadnt even done that... Now, after working a night shift until 3AM Friday night I have to go to post office to pick up package that was never even attempted to be delivered. Tracking info said they had tried to drop it off at one PM but, like I said, door was open, I was waiting, and this simply is not true. Not happy that I have to get up early and go to P.O. On my day off.

They never answer the phone! Ive been complaining about the mail man that delivers to my apt building that he hasnt delivered mail since August 2016. These past 6.5 months Ive only received 4 pieces of mail. Complained to them several times, supervisors dont do anything or return my calls of why my mail is not being delivered! Filed a case with the U.S postal service and now with Consumer affairs. I dont know why people cant do their job that they are being paid to do.

Its becomeing and ongoing problem with this company my packages are BEING lost and never found .i tired of have to go put up packages cause the person dont wont to knock on the door but in stead puts the pink paper in the mail box the wrong mail box all the time.i dont know whats going on but get they need better training.im tired on filling out conplaints and there not being taking serious.richmond post office and the mcvitti annex station 2100 chanslor ave .

Customer service is horrible. The tracking said that my mailbox was obstructed and couldnt deliver the package. The mailbox is far from being obstructed. You would have to drive a car up 4 stairs to block it. Then it said i could pick it up at this Annex. They couldnt find it and wouldnt let me file a complaint because they claim they dont know who the driver was. This annex should be closed.

Never received a package the mail carrier had the nerve to leave a notice saying there was no secure location available come on thats not true that person didnt take out the time to make sure I receive my package thats total BS Im not buying that story Ive never had a problem with the delivery of my packages this has to stop these guys need new management fast..

Can never get thru on their phone line. Good luck with that. What a joke for service. Mailed a package from tx on 25 sept 2016. Arrived to richmond 27 sept 2016. Here it is damn month later still hasnt moved. Really?? This place is terrible. Wish i could make this rating a zero and close it down if they cant do what i paid them $100 to do....

Horrible slow service these guys really drag their asses. Made an order on June 21st. It sat here in Richmond for going on 15 days. Only saying "June 27, 2016 , 12:37 pm Arrived at USPS Destination Facility RICHMOND, CA" never moved just sat there I dont know if it was stolen lost or what but they really nees to shape up.

If you ship through this place. Be very worried add as much insurance as possible. They lost my package. I have to pay someone back for their mistake. I was shipping a medium sized box from Ohio to Hawaii. Maybe the workers stole it themselves Ill never know. I never expected this from the usps.
