Shockingly Bad Experience. Ive usually enjoyed prompt and competent service. There have been a few slow and lackluster visits, but nothing worth a complaint. This visit was different. It was a shockingly bad experience. I stopped on my lunch break to get a package weighed, stamped, and shipped. Its noon. I was the only one there. A clerk sat behind a desk, talking on the phone. He acknowledged me with a rather exasperated look. I waited for five minutes, patiently pacing the lobby. Nothing. No communication, gesticulation, or even another glance from him. He remained hunched in his chair. Annoyed, I tapped the bell for service and waited another minute. Nothing. Not a flicker of movement. Seeing as I was being ignored, I departed post-haste.
