my fiancé and i just moved to wilsonville from salem a couple months ago and we did a change of address before we moved. we then got a slip in our box to fill out saying who gets the mail at this address so we filled that out too. then to top it off we also filled out a index card with our names saying we are the only people receiving mail at this address and stuck it in our box. after THREE things to insure our mail delivery its still messed up. we get one piece of mail here and there and i know for a fact there has to be a lot missing because we used to get a ton of mail at our old house no problem. the only thing that fills our mailbox is other peoples mail that we have to keep sending back. it is very frustrating. i also had a package that i was tracking online. it was out for delivery in wilsonville then the mail person took it back to the post office and returned it to sender!? i called the usps help center and after a few days someone called me and my address was fine and correct. they had no idea why the mail person took it back and they apologized but i was without my package for no reason. i dont know what else i can do to ensure i am getting my mail. if i knew this would be such a hassle i would have not moved to wilsonville. i need this situation fixed ASAP because my wedding is coming up in May i NEED my mail!

My last few deliveries have been misdelivered, placed in a parcel locker without notification or a key, or delivered to the wrong address. A certain amount of error is acceptable, and I understand that everybody has an off day now and again, but,"Three for Three" is totally unacceptable in my book. This shows a certain level of incompetency within the Wilsonville Post Office that should not be tolerated. Every time Ive tried to work through a supervisor to find the missing package,he has been extremely rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. What kind of customer service is that? The supervisor always gives me the same reply, " The tracking says the package was delivered, at this point its out of our hands and there is nothing we can do. This is not our fault, and we are not liable. The carrier say he delivered the package to the right address. Please go online and fill out a claim, goodbye." Rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Come on USPS, get it together!!! Your high level of unreliability is a poor reflection on an organization that prides itself on being trustworthy and reliable. Please, whoever overseas the Wilsonville Post Office, re-train your carriers and supervisors, or hire new ones that can do the job!!!

I dont know whats going there, this past couple of years (2014-2015) they have been delivering the mail at the wrong address, they have marked mail as "delivered" when IT HAS NOT. They have delivered me someone elses mail on my mailbox, CONSTANTLY. Right now I have 2 orders marked as "delivered" by the USPS tracking system, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET. That doesnt seem very professional, at all. I had an order stolen last year, unfortunately it was nowhere to be found, even with a tracking # available it just "disappeared". It seems that USPS relies too much on peoples "honesty" to have wrongfully delivered items returned to the appropriate person(s), that is not professional. I much rather have my orders delivered TO ME, than me having to go ask neighbors if they got my order on their mailbox. Its very upsetting, specially when things get stolen due to their mistakes.

I will never visit this post office again. Only 4 or 5 people in line, but I had to wait for a very long time due to people at the front of the line dealing with passports and lost mail problems which took forever to resolve. When I complained to the Post Master, he was very unapologetic and obstinate. From now on Im using Fed-X and UPS as much as possible. This is a prime example of how lame our government is at managing things. Im quickly learning to avoid government run entities whenever possible.

I sent a priority mail package and the guy that ran me up was clearly not paying attention and he put the wrong zip code, mess up the numbers by a letter. Two weeks later my package wasnt deliver and I call them and they blame me!!!! Saying I probably didnt write neatly when is numbers and Im sure I did! I had to call the other usps and they got it fix right away and they even said everything was written right but the sticker that wilsonville usps put on was wrong!!

After 3 attempts at another business to get a passport picture for my newborn (NOT ever an easy task, especially with the increasingly crazy restrictions on photo requirements), the post office was able to get it at the first attempt. The female postal worker knows what she is doing. I regret not making an appointment with her in the first place, instead wasting money and time with this other business.

Most miserable and unpleasant post office Ive ever been in. The lady working today was insanely rude and was saying very inappropriate things about her supervisor, then wouldnt let any of her coworkers do their jobs until they listened to her. And this was in front of all the customers. I will never go back there again. This place is exactly why people hate going to the post office.

Im so tired of receiving my neighbors mail. I can only imagine how much of my mail is sent to my neighbors that I will never see again. Not cool. If they cant do the job right, I know many unemployed people that will take it seriously. SERIOUSLY! I thought they had to pass a test to even get the job.

The staff isnt that friendly, but they seem to move the line along just fine. The post office has a station out in the lobby so you can weigh and ship your items right there, but the staff seem annoyed to help if it is bypassed. So, it will due in a pinch, but it certainly is not my first choice.

This has to be the rudest group of people in existence! Im forced to interact with the people behind the counter on a regular basis, and cant remember a time when I was greeted with anything other than a grunt and the feeling that Im somehow keeping them from their break.

In the almost 3 years we have been in Wilsonville with at least 3 mailings per week, including foreign, we have been more than pleased with the service at this post office. We have not one single complaint. They deserve a 5 star rating. Jim Crowell founder e~TECH

This post office needs to change to how a post office should operate. Very poor customer service and definitely very poor on mail deliveries. Deliveries of mail are always miss placed to different addresses. They have been very consistent in failure.

Had a package waiting for me in the package box. The key that was placed in my mailbox was broken in half and bent 45 degrees. They were no help and wouldnt even apologize after telling me they wouldnt come back out today to get my package for me.
