I accidentally had a package shipped back to my old home in Dupont that I had just recently moved from. I called to hopefully get some help in tracking it down. First off the two ladies I spoke to were rude and made me feel as if I was inconviencing them. Not to mention she took my info and said she would call me right back. After 2.5hrs of not hearing anything I had to call back 3 different times to get an answer.

Went to get a couple money orders to move into a house. African American gentleman behind the counter was pretty awesome to say the least. Didnt get his name but he was nice and courteous to everyone that came in. Seemed like he really enjoys his job and likes the community he serves. Very pleasant experience.

Twice already I have gone to this location 30 minutes before their scheduled and posted closing time and they have already been CLOSED! If you are open until 12 then stay open until 12! I understand if there is a line out the door and you have to cut off the line but both times it was empty.

When are their actual lobby hours? They seem to close when they want. Weve had countless issues with this place. It doesnt operate with the integrity of a federal post office anywhere else Ive been in the United States.

mailing/receiving a pkg in WA state is a joke. if it were as easy to get to an ups store i would switch EVERYTHING over to them.

Nice and well maintained. There is 24-hour access letter drop box that you can drive up to.
