I had a very smooth experience with this place. From scheduling an appointment online, all The way down to the repairing process. The staff and atmosphere is very professional. I was greeted with a warm Smile from EVERY employee at the shop. This place is like a 5 star hotel In the auto body shop world. Jose was the one handling all The extra business. All did was sign and sit back. A car even picks you up to take you to get a rental. I was rear ended so my bumper was fixed. When I went to pick up my car it looked like a brand new car. They even detailed the inside of my car and I cant lie it was a mess. Ladies know make up and hair can really take a toll on the interior lol. My car is amazing. When I see it I get so excited lol. Thank you thank you. If your auto insurance doesnt have an account with them Cancel and find one that does lol. You wont be disappointed. Thanks JOSE!!

If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that. This place is completely unprofessional when it comes to getting things done. I had my first accident and came here to do an estimate. I made an appointment and they didnt save it in the computer so I had to make another one.A few days later, I went to do my estimate and they took the pictures of the damage. Im waiting for my insurance to tell me my estimate. I did the estimate over a month ago and still to this day I still dont have it. Turns out, they lost it and didnt contact anyone for me to come and do it again. They even had the audacity to tell my insurance that I just never showed up. Do not go to this place they are extremely irresponsible. I regret coming here.
