They originally said my car would be ready in two weeks ended up being 6 weeks. The only reason they gave me for the delay was that they ordered the wrong parts and that they were short staffed. On top of that the morning it was supposed to be ready they didnt finish until the afternoon. The receptionist had absolutely horrible customer service. The only good thing was the quality of work.

I took my car in to replace my bumper which wasnt a problem, but less than a month later the paint started peeling off and they wouldnt fix it. When I went to pick up my car there was a dent that they, poorly, tried to hide, and wouldnt fix. Poor service and poor customer service.
