I found this place on my way to work. I had a scrape on my rear left side. I made a call and asked if I could come in for an estimate. I went in and Luis met me. I had two estimates w/in minutes. One to buff out the car (which would make it look 80% better) and one to repaint, remove parts which is the correct way. Since this was an out of pocket expense, it was nice to have both options. I chose the full repair and told to bring the car back on Monday and it would be ready by Thursday afternoon. And get this – you get a FREE loaner car. Have you ever heard of such a thing??? Monday I showed up and they had the paperwork ready to go. And up came the loaner. I won’t say what the loaner car was, just in case I was really lucky, but let’s just say, it was definitely better than my Jetta I was dropping off and I was in no hurry to get it back. I think I started getting emails w/updates from Luis that afternoon with, PICTURES of my car. Have you ever had that??? It was awesome. Wednesday at 12:00 noon I was called to say my car was ready to pick up. Great pricing, Excellent service, FREE loaner car, Repairs completed before promised, Pictures with updates. Whey go anywhere else??? Thank you Luis.

Every time Ive been here, the customer service has been AMAZING. I dont think I could ever hope to be as nice as the people Ive dealt with at the front desk and over the phone. When I get my car back it just works, no funny business, no strange new problems, and especially no surprise costs. My only complaint is the parking lot, but thats only a problem because a lot of people must realize this place is good ( I also probably suck at parking).

I have been bringing my 1991 Geo Metro convertible to Blue for 12 years. The owner,Louis has always treated me very fairly with price. He knows me by name and does all he can to keep my repair costs low as I only have social security as my only income. They also will drive me home after I drop off my Geo. Dave, the shop manager is a very knowledgeable and fair minded person who always finds parts for my Geo,new or used. 5 stars for BLUE.

Blu Automotive has always done a good job for me at a reasonable, fair price. Zero complaints from me. Ive had mechanical repairs done on my 2000 Toyota Avalon and on my 2004 Lexus ES330 (no body work). Ill go back again when I need more repairs. Certainly less expensive than the dealerships and the quality of the work has been excellent. Plus I was always able to get a loaner car. Pretty nice.

I will tell you what I told my Yelp friends; this business is my go to for regular, and sudden, maintainence needs for my Honda Hybrid. The staff is friendly and always professional. They are honest and have wonderful hospitality. I hang out in the lounge most of the time when my car is in. I live next door, so that should say a lot about how comfortable I feel in their care.
