I mean this is a great body shop. And the closest one to my home. However, after the first time I came here, I lost my spare tire, my sunglasses which worth 500$, and 3 packs Korean cigarettes. The staff here were really nice so I never thought it was them, I thought probably someone did the towing took those stuff but I have no evidence, so I just let them go. After 3 months I came again when I need another small repair. This time I lost 300 $ cash I put in the bottom of the case between 2 front seats. In the BOTTOM, if not searched carefully its not possible to be found. I am 100% sure it was there. I do not know where those things were gone. Probably there is a curse for me to lose something each time I put my car there. But I am not coming to this body shop again. Im afraid of the curse. The job done is impressive. Yeah this is a great body shop if you do not put anything in your car. 5 star for the job done 0 star for the curse.

My car was in a pretty serious accident and repaired here last year. At that time the odometer reading was about 15000miles. I thought they did a good job. But I didnt really notice the tires at the time. Now the odometer reading is 31000. All of the tires need to be changed. ALL of them. This body shop is the only place has EVER touched my tires. My original tires should last at least 50000 Mls. I only drive this car in the city, high way. Never some rock road or village. NEVER. Perhaps youll say that my driving habit or something can also affect it. But I DO NOT think it would reduce my tire durability by 40%. Stay away. Or check after their work EXTREMELY carefully.

BEST BODY SHOP EVER!!!! They live on customer care and making sure both parties are happy upon walking away! They leave no stone unturned and make sure everything is like brand new upon leaving. If anything is not good upon leaving, they are more than eager to have you bring the vehicle back asap to fix the issue! Plus I LOVE the huge chocolate bar that they give you once you pick up your car!

They fixed my baby my prius and looks brand new. Fast service got it within a week and they cleaned it and buffed out scratches. Plus Hector and the team were all super nice and you get a chocolate after picking up your car. Ive never gone to a body shop alone so this was a great first time experience. They helped me feel at ease and called me to let me know what was happening with my car.

After rear ending someone in San Diego these guys were so helpful having my car towed for a great price and giving me a rental car for 5 days while my parts were being shipped and car being fixed. They also stand behind any issues that may come up during or after. I had a seat belt issue that they fixed just because I asked after my car was fixed and out.

They told me that my car would be ready in 17 days, it is more than a month and is not ready, I was told that today December 31 would be ready ... Today is Saturday and do not open seems to be that the customer is their mockery, they are Irresponsible people who do not keep their word.
