When me or my family needs a body shop, we go to Gardena Body Shop :) My parents have been their customer for at least 15 years. We have 4 cars and 5 drivers in our family so one of us might go there maybe at least once every other year due to a car accident...which is kind of embarrassing (I blame the asian stereotype). I got into a car accident few months ago and my whole left side was damaged :( I was worried that my car may have been totaled. They listened to my concerns and reassured me that everything will be fine and kept me posted about the status of my car. The owner is very friendly and he will make sure that your car is in good hands. My brother got into a car accident not too long ago with his leased Honda. They made sure the parts they ordered were from Honda and even cleaned up the dents and scratches that had nothing to do with the accident :) The best part is they cleaned my car inside and out! Hands down the best carwash my car has ever gotten! I was so impressed. Hopefully I wont have a reason to visit them anytime soon. But if something happens to my car, I know where to go :D

These guys are GREAT! Not to be dealing in cultural stereotypes or anything, but theyre Japanese, so I automatically trust them to be super-honest, but they were also super helpful in working with the other guys insurance company. Chris, the main guy I worked with there, even helped to get the insurance company to respond when they were dragging their heels, and called the rental car company for me. Everything turned out even better than they promised, and it was, by far, the best experience Ive ever had with an auto body shop. They were helpful, considerate, and went way above and beyond what youd expect. Five stars for sure.
