I dont know what these other reviewers are talking about, but Avenue Auto Body is the only place I would take my cars to get body repairs. Its the only place Ill recommend my friends, family, and coworkers to take their cars should they need body repairs. The business has been around for as long as I can remember, and I think its longevity should speak for its reputation. Ive taken my car there in the past for small dings and bumps, but recently, my grandmothers car was rear-ended. It was pretty nasty, but the folks at Avenue Auto Body was able to make it look brand new. Im sure it wasnt easy, because the parts needed were for a twenty year old car. But it looks great! And as mentioned, Ive sent friends and coworkers to Avenue Auto Body in the past, and they have all been satisfied. The owner is really nice and genuine. And his son is very up-front and personable. Im not a big car guy, but they treat me with respect and I always feel like I get a fair deal. I cant recommend Avenue Auto Body highly enough to anybody who needs their car to be repaired.

So my brother referred me to this shop and told me to ask for trey or Brian and Brian was the one available hes super awesome helped me out with my car in no time and gave me a great price if I ever need any body work done again Im definitely coming bk here I wish I can give them a 100 stars rating because Brian and his employees are just that good they really take good care of their customers and dont waste time getting the job done Im glad my brother recommended for me to come here for their service and so grateful to have met such an wonderful person like Brian THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EXPERIENCE I HAD (^_^) everyone should get their services done here because your needs are met and they really show its #1 priority

Very upset, called in to see if they could fit me in just to install a bumper a man named Steve said," yes it will be forty dollars and come in right away." I show up and another man tells me they are swamped. Then i ask who i talked to so he brings out Steve who says extremely unprofessionally "uhhhhh.... well.... yea a guy went to lunch. Oh and this is going to not be done until 5." So i say ok and then he replies with "It will be 100 dollars.." Clearly trying to shoo me away because of his mistake. Thank you Steve for being a total jerk to a customer because he is young after you screwed up. And thank you avenue auto body for hiring a jerk. Do no go to this buisness!!!

Avenue Auto Body is just fantastic! I would give more star if possible.The whole passenger side of my car had to be repaired . I was a bit nervous because I have special color car. When I got it back it looked just like it did the day I drove off the lot. Dave also went the extra mile to advise me on some mechanical issue that needed to be taken care of. He was concerned for my safety and that really meant so much. Car is now safe and looks great. Thanks Dave!

The person I worked with here was excellent. The car was repaired to like new condition and Troy navigated all of this issues I was having with the insurance company fluidly. They may not look like much when you pull in but their work is superb, their customer service is outstanding, and my customer experience rivals any top Fortune 500 companys.

Very disappointed, I had to return multiple times to get a simple repair completed. Fasteners were missing from the car when I got it back and the strut was not assembled properly. Even after multiple visits the fit of the body work wasnt good. According to locals the dad was good, but his son who appears to be running the business now is clueless.

The BEST experience Ive had with a body shop. The owner is really honest and the customer service was excellent. I love the way my car came out because it looks like new! I truly recommend this place. :)
