Unprofessional, poor service, ridiculous business practices, unhappy customer, will never use again, could not recommend them for cleaning. A week before Christmas I contacted Cleaning Services to get a price quote on cleaning two and a half baths and a small kitchen at my townhouse in South San Jose. The sales person gave me a price range of $75 to $100. Imagine my surprise when I receive an invoice form the company for $133.00. $128 for the cleaning and a five dolor invoice fee. But let’s start at the beginning of the service (or lake thereof). The cleaning crew of three arrived on time without a work order, invoice, sales receipt, or authorization to work form. The lead did not introduce herself and the three women just kind of strolled into the house. The work was done in a timely manner with poor attention to detail and some obvious spots that where left un-cleaned. The three ladies packed up after an hour and ten minutes and left with barley a word and again, no invoice or any other kind of documentation that they were there, how long they were there, what they had done, or what the total amount for the cleaning was. The company called me and requested a credit card number for payment. When I disputed the amount that they charged me that was out of the price range we had discussed and explained my dissatisfaction with the work done I was totally ignored. The manager of the company totally dismissed my dissatisfaction. She gave me ten dollars off the bill plus waved the ridiculous five dolor “invoice fee”. So now I am stuck with a bill that was over the price I consented to and have to pay or face a collection agency.

I live in gilroy for the past 6 years & decided to use a local cleaning service .... I called & schedule for a estimate to get my house cleaned twice a month .... after calling several times I was able to get someone to return my call to get a price .. after 3 weeks a lady came out & gave me a price of $180 ..which was little high for a 2100 SQ house but I decided to give them a chance ! They had a crew of 2 people took them 3 & half hours to finish ...I asked to clean the oven they told me is a extra charge !!! I asked them to clean the fridge they said extra charge $30 & after I said Ok .... they said next time we have no time ?!?!!!! Overall I was very disappointed in their service & especially since they never clean under the sofas or the bed full of dust we have a small 6 month old daughter and the dust was the main reason we had them clean the house ! I called couple of days later to talk to a manager regarding my concerns but after getting transferred 3 times ....they said leave a massage which after I did i never received a phone call back ! I would never do business with this company & I think people should be aware of their poor customer service skills & especially their lack of complete cleaning service !

From the time I made the initial call to Cleaning Services I was sold. The operator was courteous and patient...then I met up with Lynette who came to my home to do the estimate. I explained to her what I wanted done in my home and she did a walk thru. She was/is a true professional. Then came the day of the job. The promptness of Javier and Daniel was refreshing. They patiently explained to me how they were going to accomplish the task at hand...and boy did they! They worked tirelessly to give me my windows inside and out, baseboards, and blinds throughout my home a great cleaning treatment. I highly recommend Cleaning Services of Gilroy and will continue to use them for any cleaning needs I have in the future.

I just had 2 sessions of cleaning and am very happy with the service. First service, they cleaned a 1-bed rental unit with extra detail to the bath tiles and bamboo floors. Left it sparkling. Then the next week I had two crews come to do windows - my annual main house window cleaning, and the next day the windows on my rental unit which still had new window stickers and remnants of swallow nests above the trim. Excellent job done. I also had the stairway done and it was left smelling lemon-clean. Great job, guys and gals. I will not hesitate in calling them again. Sure beats having to do the job myself, which was overwhelming. Thank you. The crews were efficient and honest.

I hired this company to clean an extremely filthy home. I was very impressed. We have been through so many cleaners that do not clean up to our standard and these people really did an outstanding job. I will hire them again. They did a great job not only cleaning but their office was outstanding they came out and gave me a bid that same day. They provided awesome literature and then followed with all the documentation we need as a property management company. Such as insurance bonding and tax id info. This was so nice to not have to request the information. The only thing I waited for was my bill. lol I would refer this company to anyone in Hollister. H & M

5 STARS FROM US! We used Cleaning Services for a house rented out to our employees working out of town. Cleaning Services worked with our crazy, all over the place schedule and were able to set up perfect times for us, only to show up and no one be home! Even after that, they worked something out with us and still came out the same exact day, just a couple hours later, when someone could finally get home. If that isnt satisfying customer needs I dont know what is. Amazing crew, left the guys speechless with how clean the house and carpets were! We will definitely be using their services in the near future. Thank you Cleaning Services!!

Cleaning Services came to my house Tuesday to clean. I had surgery and needed the help while recovering. They were recommended but still I did not have high expectations. Boy, was I wrong! Amazing service! I wish I cleaned my house that well! LOL!! Because they are so good, i have gone from a one time bit of help to using them every two weeks. These gals are over-the-top committed. And, I got a call after they left, 5 minutes later wanting to know if I was satisfied. This company has it dialed in! Ladies, if you read these, GREAT JOB. Thank you!

Cleaning Services cleaned our house 2/15/14 and as usual did a fantastic job. I had used this service a couple of years back and the service was then also great. I had lost their number and hired a service off of Craigslist for a full house cleaning. The service also had 3 cleaners, but the service absolutely sucked! A month later I found Cleaning Services number at work (my employee had used them) and had my house done up proper! They really do a great job, and are very friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again, and plan to do so soon.
