Wanted to schedule these guys for a house cleaning. Thought I had one locked up for Saturday which they need volunteers to do. They said they would call me back and they did right in the middle of the work day. I confirmed a time on Saturday but couldnt stay on the line to provide card info. I work in construction and literally had my hands full... I tried calling back Friday afternoon around 4 remembering thinking the spot was still on hold and wanting to provide my card however since the cleaners already left for the day, they said they were no longer unable to come by the next day... We were having a party the next day and were able to get another company, but this one was completely unhelpful and this policy is a little silly. Im not sure why the receptionist wasnt able to give the gals that volunteered a ring to confirm then call me back. Instead I felt like they were fighting against me getting their service. Whenever I hire a service I enjoy feeling like the people Im speaking with are on the same team as me as Im sure everyone does...was not the case here. Weve used this company in the past and theyve done good work however that will no longer be the case from hereon. There are plenty of other options and I recommend trying someone else.

I am a property manager that manages about 100 homes and have done over 1000 move out cleans in the past 7 years. Because of limited time, I hired Molly Maid of Mill Creek to clean a Mill Creek home after a tenant move out. The house was 80% clean & the fee was $161 minimum. They wanted $350 to clean on a Saturday (most cleaners dont double for Saturday) , but ended up coming the following Monday. The owner & new tenant complained to me that they didnt clean out the front seal of the front load washer. I kindly asked that they go back out, but they REFUSE TO CLEAN THE WASHER rim, even for an additional $50, leaving me in a bad spot. Everyone else does this clean. How can it be a move-out clean if you dont clean the inside rim of the washer.?They repeatedly refused & said corporate backed them up. I was hoping I had found a NE cleaner, but I wont use them again. Note - I used them previously in Monroe because couldnt find anyone & the $160 price was high, but no choices. They make you pay with credit card at time of booking the appointment so they get paid regardless of whether complete the work or not.

We have been using Molly Maid for over 6 months now, and are so grateful for the thorough and excellent job that they do each visit. Whether it is our regular crew, or someone filling in, theyre always attentive to every detail, and the house is so clean when they leave. Our toddler requests that we "vack-cuum" up the "cwumbs" to keep it looking nice (funny, since she makes the mess). We are often home playing when they arrive in the mornings, and when we arent around the house is probably even better since we (the toddler and the 90lb dog) arent creating a post-cleanup mess in our wake. They were very accommodating to meet our scheduling needs around Thanksgiving and Christmas (as our bi-weekly appointments fell during the holiday weeks, and we wanted to rearrange them to work with when guests would be staying with us). Adina and Micaela have been great with customer support.

Ive used this Molly Maid branch for ~ 3 years now, and am quite satisfied. Theyre reasonably flexible and accommodating and are willing to work with in your schedule (sometimes on short notice). If for some reason Im not satisfied with something, Ill call, and theyll correct it at no additional charge. They carry an appropriate amount of insurance, are easy to get a hold of, and return voicemails when I leave them after hours. 5 stars, and highly recommended.

We really love the work they do!. It is so nice to come home to nice clean smelly place. Although our dog is not so sure...He gets the place smelling just like him, and they they come clean, and he has to start all over again!!
