John from Chubby Chubby came out to clean our carpets prior to us putting it on the market. We have a large family and there were several high traffic areas needing much attention. We have our carpets cleaned regularly (every 8-12 months) by other professional carpet cleaners and have NEVER had them cleaned this thoroughly or beautifully! He took his time on our carpets and educated us on some of the spots we had and how to treat them in the future. I am very thankful I called this company! They will be coming out to clean and sanitize the carpets in our new home prior to our move in date! I strongly recommend Chubby Chubby to anyone looking to rejuvenate their existing carpets! Amazing personnel, informative, and conscientious of how they perform their jobs!

The not so handsome technician who thinks hes handsome "Pogi" came over to clean the carpets today; awesome guy, great results and an incredible professional! Pogi was able to make my carpets look brand new! In fact he was able to diagnose and rwmove stains that the previous owner said would never be removable. VERY MILITARY FRIENDLY company! I have never been treated so kind, nor have I found another organization that was as effective and efficient and Pogi definitely is the ideal ambassador for his industry! Anyone in need of this service would make a tragic mistake not giving Pogi and Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaners first opportunity to earn your business! I would definitely recommend him and would request his services again!

I had a excellent experience with the entire process. I contacted Chubby Chubby on a weekend by email. I received a phone call first thing Monday morning. The very polite lady explained Chubbys process and helped me schedule an appointment at my earliest convenience. I was able to communicate with them however was comfortable for me. Email, text or over the phone. The morning of my cleaning I was contacted to ensure the time would be convenient. JJ was very knowledgeable and polite. He showed me the areas of concern and explained how he could correct them. My carpets look amazing again, and I couldnt be happier. Thank you JJ and Chubby Chubby carpet cleaners!

Best experience I have had with a carpet cleaning company. Appointment set up was easy. Matt was amazing! He was right on time and great company. I am two days from my due date and he was very considerate and made sure that I wasnt sensitive to the smell of the cleaner. He took the time to show me the progress he was making which was amazing! My carpets look brand new and with having two large dogs that is not easy task! I would absolutely recommend chubby chubby carpet cleaners and Matt to anyone I know! I will be requesting Matt when I need my carpets cleaned again!

This is my first experience with Chubby Chubby Cleaners and they were very easy to set up a cleaning time over the phone and explained all the cleaning options with me. Rudy was my cleaner and he was very polite and again reviewed what they could do for my terrible pet stained carpet but didnt push any treatment plan over another. I appreciate not having the most expensive treatments being pushed on me at the front door. I look forward to working with them again. After reading many great reviews I decided to have a technician from Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaners come out and take a look at the house we would be moving into in a few days. Pogo arrived on time and was respectful and honest from the get go. The carpets were in desperate need of nothing less than a miracle due to the previous tenants. He used a newer serum to get the smell and stains of pet odors out of the carpet. Pogis skills and products did an incredible job on these problem areas. Will recommend any chance I get. I would highly recommend Chubby Chubby Carpet cleaners of Puyallup Washington! They did an outstanding job with our furniture and carpets! The office staff was very friendly and informational. The staff member that came to clean our carpets was also very friendly and informational. He did an outstanding job! I found this company on Google and I have to say Im extremely happy that I did. From the initial phone call to schedule a cleaning to when Pogi (the carpet cleaning professional) showed up he was punctual and very professional! My carpet had two year old stains in them and he was able to get them out with ease! Im extremely happy with the results and professionalism of Pogi. This review would of gotten a 1 star had it not been for Jon the employee who showed up to clean the carpets. Initially they messed up the appointments and we had to wait for roughly 3 hours for someone to show up. Had I not made several calls to the company no one would of ever showed. However when Jon showed up he went right to work. Durinng the entire process he was very professional and thorough. It is only because of him I would use this service again.

This is the first time we have ever used Chubby Chubby and they did not disappoint. We were given a time window of 8-10am and they were here at 8am and ready to clean. We briefly talked about our concerns and they took care of everything very quickly. Our carpets were cleaned by Matt who was very polite, knew exactly what we needed and even took the time to cover his shoes before coming into the house. We appreciate the great job. Thank you!

JJ, the carpet technician, went above and beyond for the services that were given. He was on time, very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and he inspected the carpet before starting. He stretch the carpet which was not an easy task. I am truly grateful for what he did for the carpet. I am impressed with the amount of service and professionalism that was given.
