Requested online estimate at 6:45 pm. A few minutes later, my phone rings & Caller ID shows "MOLLY MAIDS" with a 614 area code (not in my area). I was unable to anser the call so I let my machine answer it. 10 minutes later the phone rings again from Molly Maids. I was still not able to answer due to me tending to my child at the time. I check my machine - two calls but no messages left. then 15 minutes later the phone rings again. this time, I monitor the machine for messages. another hang up. 10 minutes goes by, the phone rings a 4th time (in a 45 minute time span). This time I answer & a pushy male rep says he wants to schedule me ASAP. I state that I had a question first "Why has someone from this number called my house incessantly 3 times without leaving a message and..." at this point he interrupts me, by raising his voice. So I raise my voice to be heard over him to say Excuse me, I am still talking..," then he abruptly hangs up on me without a "sorry" or even a goodbye. How immature to call incessantly without leaving a message, obviously I couldnt get to the phone if I dont answer all 3 times within 45 minutes. All of this occurred well after normal business hours when I was getting my daughter ready for bed. Rude, pushy, & unprofessional. I will give my business to someone else & will not recommend these people to anyone who wants PROFESSIONALISM!

Before I used Molly Maid, having my house cleaned was as stressful as it was helpful, which is why, in the past, I didn’t use a cleaning service. All that changed when I started with Molly Maid. We had just finished a remodel and had a house full of construction dirt. The team came in and in three hours made the house gleaming. It was almost shocking how clean the house was, and it smelled fantastic as well. After that I’ve had them come back on an every other week basis and have had the opportunity to compare their work with others I have used. The biggest difference is the time it takes to get a superior job. With Molly Maid they do the work in a more complete way and in less time than ANY service or individual I’ve experienced. No dust, no uncleaned corners, a fair price…and a scheduling staff that is on top of their game. Easy with time changes…polite and accurate. I don’t have a great deal of extra income for extravagant expenditures. They make it easier to do my job and earn what they cost. I’m sold on the service. Diane R.

I bought & remodeled a condo in Bellevue, WA a year ago. Dark wood floors throughout & a few small area rugs. I hate cleaning bathrooms & it had become an absolute dreaded chore when I had to clean house because visitors were coming. Or I just could not stand it anymore. I finally decided to try house cleaning. Molly Maids come once a month. Its just me, my partner, and two indoor kitties and that schedule is working great for us. They clean the blinds, make sure there are no cobwebs and make the stainless appliances and granite counters and hearth sparkle. I get the same crew - 2 ladies as a rule - each time and they are always smiling, cheerful, and efficient. And, yes, when I have a question and call the office Im always greeted and responded to nicely. Highly recommend.

Molly maids are the most consistent, top quality service we have ever had. Our cleaners are meticulous and do a fabulous job. They never cut corners or skip areas.You wont believe what they can do with the inside of a microwave... I also love the fact that the employees stay with the company. We have had the same team for many years now, and they are very sensitive to our needs. Recently they noticed a plumbing problem that we were able to address before any major damage had occurred, and saved us a lot of money. Life is so much better with their help!

We will not be doing business with Faye and her company again. She was given several chances after her team damaged items in our house, spilled wax all over our new hard wood floors, drove up on our lawn with their car somehow and repeatedly not showing up to the appointment time agreed upon. Unprofessional service and I would not recommend to a friend.

The two ladies who came to my apartment were prompt, efficient, and so, so good. I was slightly embarrassed about how messy my apartment had become over the past few months, but they didnt judge at all! Everything was so clean when they left, and they even took out my garbage and recycling.

My fiance and I live in a rather large condo with all wood floors. Its amazing how much dust collects on the floors in every nook and likewise on all counter surfaces. We had the Molly Maid troupe in to clean for 2 hours and our place never looked so clean! I would recommend them 100%!

Molly Maid does a wonderful job of cleaning. I appreciate that they let me know the day before when they will arrive. They are very dependable and also accommodating when I need to change the schedule. The same crew comes every time and they are so pleasant as well as hard working.

Your excellent people do what you say they will do, when you promise to do it, promptly and courteously. This review form pops up "Loved It" for the five-star rating, and Id change that to "Loving It" since we certainly plan to continue as Molly Maid clients.

My team is thorough, dependable, efficient & friendly. Weve been using Molly Maid for 5 years--with basically the same team each time. I love coming home to a clean house. The main office personnel are also very friendly and accommodating. Thanks Molly Maid!

One employee broke things so she wouldnt have to clean them and would steal things indiscriminantly. Do your homework before you accept their employees into your home.
