Yay Im a fan! During a particularly busy time in my life, I decided that it would be best to get some extra help cleaning my house. It was a difficult decision, as I have always cleaned my own home. Having Deborah come twice a month to my home really allowed me to focus on my job and not feel guilty about not keeping up with the housework. During this time I also had visitors and new people visit my home related to my job, and it really helped to know that my home was visitor-ready! I highly recommend MaidPro and Deborah M. in particular. She shows up on time, has a great attitude, puts up with my dog following her all around the house and getting in the way.... (even when my dog runs across a freshly mopped floor!) I highly recommend that if you use MaidPro you also tip your cleaning person to show their appreciation. It is a difficult job and hard to meet the needs of picky, demanding clients (ahem... me....) so if youre able to, please consider tipping - or at least a holiday bonus! One of my favorite parts is that she is able to get to special projects that I have ignored.... like dusting all the records... cleaning out the fridges sticky spots, or cabinet crumbs or baseboards.... things I skipped in the past if I was rushing to clean. I am very lucky and spoiled that Im able to afford something like this.... and Ive cut back on a few other expenses in my life in order to continue to have this service... but it has been worth it. (During the first 2-3 sessions I had some trouble communicating with MaidPros office but ever since then things have gotten much better.... so be patient with the start-up process, and office disorganization and it will get better when youre mostly just interacting with your cleaning professional!)

Perla and MaidPro are the best!! MaidPro has been extremely easy to work with, from setting up the initial cleaning to our twice a month maintenance cleanings. Their customer service is incredible, and MaidPro strives to perfect their service by asking for feedback before and after each cleaning. Perla is our regular service person, and she has never missed a thing!! My husband and I both have very demanding work schedules, and Perla has been an absolute godsend!! I highly highly recommend MaidPro for those looking for a cleaning service that provides excellent customer service, reasonable rates, and a thoroughly cleaned home.

MaidPro hires good workers. They are well-trained, and provide excellent professional cleaning services. The company provides good cleaning products and equipment so that the workers CAN do a great job in providing good cleaning results. My regular service person, Karla, is always on time and never idles until the entire place is cleaned and spotless within the two hours I contracted for on a bi-weekly basis. I can trust her to work alone while I do my errands and come home to fresh aired and clean home. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a good cleaning service with reasonable charges.

Delighted with MaidPro. I have an odd, object-filled house and it is cleaned quickly and carefully by my MaidPro cleaner. I am often at home while she is working, and she is quiet, efficient, unobtrusive. I appreciate the structured nature of the service, but feel that I can change service day, add services, negotiate. I also appreciate the feedback request that is emailed to me after each session. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend MaidPro to anyone. Thanks!

Our regular housekeeper from MaidPro is an absolute life saver - she does an amazing job and spends quality time on making our home shine. We have two young children and three dogs, and despite our best efforts to keep things under control, she is faced with no small task every week:) The folks at the office are great to deal with as well - if we need to reschedule or a last minute cleaning, they are responsive and work incredibly hard to accommodate us.

Generally over the last few years, MaidPro in Seattle has been okay as my housecleaner with rotating staff of cleaners - some employees were great. But they are sometimes inconsistent.If you leave instructions with the office about your preferences, they will mostly remember to do what you ask or use particular products, etc. Occasionally, Ive been wowed by the clean I got from some of their employees, most recently in Feb by Jessica and Beatriz.

Love MaidPro! They do an excellent job, charge a very fair price and will customize your cleaning. Im a busy mom who works more than full-time. Hiring MaidPro has really helped me restore some balance to our lives. We have a bi-weekly service and we try to pick up in between visits but it is really amazing to know that the "serious stuff" is done regularly and done well. I cant thank them enough!

I purchased a new condo and was worried that I wouldnt have time to maintain it as well as I hoped, until I started using MaidPro. The prices are low and the work is excellent. After the first cleaning, I came home to a spotless house, looking like the environment was staged for sale again! Ive already recommended MaidPro to a few friends. Very easy to work with and good value, cant beat it.

The thing I like best about MaidPro is that they will let you customize your cleaning schedule from frequency, time, and rooms to be cleaned. This flexibility allows me to vary between light and heavy cleanings as well as provide custom lists to satisfy my needs. One time our cleaner was not given our priority list and MaidPro came back the next day and recleaned our areas for free!

I got a call at work from Maid Pro asking where the clean sheets were for the Kids rooms (as I had washed them). I told the gal who called that it was unnecessary to change them, but she told me my cleaner had extra time and would be happy to. so not only did I come home to a perfectly clean house; but fresh beds as well. It was a great experience !!!

Great job. MaidPro is very professional and friendly. Our house looks great thanks to bi-monthly cleanings. When there are things I particularly want cleaned I just leave a list and its done! They ask for feedback after each cleaning so if something isnt perfect they can fix it the next time. (Theyve even taken out dirty diapers...much appreciated!)

I spent a lot of time researching different cleaning services in my area and decided on MaidPro. I have not been disappointed. The workers are quick, thorough, and very professional. They do an excellent job. I cannot overemphasize how wonderful it is to come home to a clean house.

I am a stay at home mom with a 14 month old,as expected the house is in a mess all the time.Maid-pro does a bi-weekly basis cleaning for me,and they are just awesome.The best part is they do a neat job and keeps up the time.I would highly recommend maid-pro.

I really appreciate my monthly service. Maid Pro is reliable and Nora gets to all the places that I cant possibly get to in my packed life as a working single mom. Its a godsend. And I like that I can supply my own cleaning products as I prefer them.
