Recently, my sister shared her poor experience with me at the Renton location. My sister is a reoccurring customer. She actually referred them to me, so I have used them as well. After my sister received a bill that seemed unusually high, she called to speak with the female owner. There was a discrepancy in the time the cleaners said they arrived and left. My sister took time out of her day to visit the establishment to show video of the house as proof of when the cleaners arrived/left her home. At the time, the female owner was not there, so she showed the video to her husband who was working on this particular day. He was very pleasant and did the right thing in refunding my sister for the additional hour she should not have been charged for. Later that day, the female owner called my sister with an attitude demanding my sister reimburse them $23 because they refunded her too much money back. Due to the circumstances, you would think the owner would let it go, but no! Its very unfortunate the owner handled it this way. She has now lost two customers. I hope it was worth it.

If you want average cleaning, endless arguements, and $300 more suprise charges use molly maid! I called molly maid for housing cleaning and carpet cleaning for a empty house a week in advance they said they dont need to come for a quote. So we both agree on a price. A week later they showed up an hour late started the cleaning late. Than the lady from the office called me said they will charge me $150 more because they will stay longer than expect? She argued saying the house is dirty... (so if its not dirty why I need molly maid to come?) She went on saying if you dont pay than the cleaning will not continue... anyways I dont want to waste my time so I agree to pay. Later the carpet cleaner comes. The lady calls me again about the carpet area is more than expected it will cost me $150 more? We argued again... anyways I dont want waste any more time writing how bad this molly maid service is. I just dont want other people have to go through the same experience.

I inquired about cleaning services yesterday. I was unsure letting people in our home for safety reasons and made her aware of this when I called first. I called the manager 4-5 hours in advance I needed to cancel due to not wanting them coming while I was home alone. She handled it very unprofessionally! Processed to tell me it was too late they were sent out anyways. Tried arguing with me/scolding me.We wouldve considered rescheduling in the future when husband was home with me. But after her reaction I will never recommend their services to anyone.

If I could give them 0 STARS I would. Horrible Cleaning Service. If you use them beware. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD under any circumstance. They will charge you no matter what. Even if their services were horrible or not rendered. We caught them in many lies before we fired them. I wrote a report to the FBI have a Case Number with the Sheriff on them for False Credit processing when we specifically told them they did not have the authority to charge our card.

We were moving out of our 2 story rental and needed the extra help. We hired Molly Maids and we are so happy we did. They did an exceptional job and even cleaned areas, I hadnt. They house looked spotless afterwards and no closet or corner was missed. They helped us out greatly! Both were professional, kind and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

You absolutely cannot go wrong with Molly Maids of Renton. There is a clean house and then there is a Molly Maid clean house! I am constantly amazed at how clean and beautiful they are able to make our toddler-run home! They do things I would never think to do. I would recommend them without hesitation. They do a great job!!

The managers of that place are very friendly with all the people and with their employees, the staff is very well trained to do a good job, this branch is the best all over seattle in my opinion. They were very detailed when I inquired about the cost and what is completed, they did a nice job of asking what I wanted done and then during the cleaning everything I expected to be cleaned was done very well. House looked and felt very clean. They were prompt and professional.
