(415) 524-2366 WOW! I can call Cambria Terheyden directly. Her company, MaidPro cleaned my home yesterday, and my expectations were they will do a good job, but they were GREAT! Our home (4 bedrooms, 5 baths almost 4000 sq. feet) is very affordable for 5.5 hours every week, they guarantee all work, they complete background and criminal history, and they are bonded and insured. This is important to me for the safety of our family and community. They cleaned all the boys fingerprints and removed them from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates! All windowsills cleaned, really cleaned! The baseboards dusted and wiped down, something I do not do regularly. All the family picture frames dusted and straightened. I think they vacuumed under the couch cushions, something I do not do regularly. The furniture was dusted, cleaned on top, on front and underneath! It brought a smile to the family to see how clean the couch can be. They have a 49 point list they work from which includes; Upholstered furniture vacuumed, Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened, Ceiling fans dusted (height restrictions apply), Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted, Hardwood floors vacuumed and/or washed, Tile floors vacuumed and/or washed, Hallways and stairs vacuumed and/or washed, Carpets vacuumed, Trash emptied and General straightening completed. They leave a copy of the list, and comments about the cleaning job. It is an organized and thoughtful process. I appreciate this list and personal comments added at the bottom. I give Cambria and her team at MaidPro 6 stars! Thank you for a brilliant job.

Having just had my first house cleaning with MaidPro Marin, I have to write a review. The whole process of calling to schedule an estimate and create a booking was easy! I connected with Sean, husband to and co-owner with Cambria Terheyden, on the phone. After a few questions, I was booked! What I really appreciate about MaidPro that it cares about your cleaning experience and is eager to accommodate your specific needs; I live in an older house with year and years of accumulated grime in places often neglected when forced to clean the house myself (what Bay Area professional really has the time?). The house shone brighter after a visit from MaidPro. Just as an example, my cleaning Pro, Laydy, was able to scrub away the grime baked onto the stovetop that I couldnt (and had given up on) previously, even when I used steel wool. Laydy is a focused worker and very enthusiastic. Shes intent on pleasing and even asked if the quality of the cleaning was to my expectation. A cleaning person that wants real-time feedback! In addition to completing every item on the 49-point checklist, she was even nice enough to complete some of the optional items that usually require specific request (without me having to ask her). This was much appreciated and above the call of duty! The quality of an organization is reflected by the quality of its employees, I certainly recommend MaidPro to everyone!

This was my first time using Maidpro services, and I was not disappointed! Laydy, arrived at the time she had quoted and did a very thorough job cleaning. She was professional and friendly. I live in a fairly old house, and it has seen its share of renters over the years. Needless to say some things in this house are very difficult to clean, like degreasing a very old and overused stovetop vent. Laydy, explained how well she would be able to clean it, I very much appreciated her honesty. Getting a booking and a quote on the estimate was very prompt. They use natural products, so my home was very clean, without the overpowering smell of bleach:) It was a great experience - thorough, professional, prompt and trustworthy company. I will most definitely be using Maidpro services again and recommending them to my family and friends!

Its been hard to find a consistent and thorough cleaning service—my search is over! MaidPro was easy to set up with a quick call. I could tell they knew what they were doing with every question Cambria asked—"would you like your sheets changed?"..."um, yes, please!" Leydey arrived on time to meet one of my roommates, and then made quick work of the house. With four roommates, our common areas and one bathroom can get pretty grimy—they were sparkling when I returned. More than that, I was really impressed with the MaidPro checklist. I grabbed the list and walked around, Leydy definitely got everything done and managed to leave the house clean AND tidy. Ill definitely recommend to others.

Yesterday was my first day with MaidPro and they sent Laydy who is by far the best cleaner that I have ever had! By herself, she cleaned my entire house, which is still in the middle of a move. She is a wonder and so nice to have in your home. This is my #1 cleaning experience! Working with MaidPro is so satisfying. We signed up quickly, but the owner, Sean, took the time to ask all the right questions that you dont think of, like what should we avoid, what is fragile, etc. He was also very accommodating in terms of timing. They are reliable, conscientious and hire people like themselves. I cant recommend MaidPro and Lady more highly!

MaidPro provides excellent customer service. I can call or email them and they quickly respond. All cleaners go through an extensive training period and then they shadow more experienced cleaners. The first person they sent to me was Wanda. What a highly motivated, intelligent person. Her bubbly personality is sunshine to our day. She can whiz through our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in 3 hours. Another program they have is a 49 item checklist. It is a way for the cleaner and the client to make sure that every item is done before the cleaner leaves.
