You know, no system, no business that has to do with people and service is infallible. Sometimes things are not just the way "we" would personally like them. With any service business, what counts is not if something might not be up to par every single time, but rather how quickly and efficiently and sincerely the business responds to the concerns and issues and then corrects them your satisfaction. I can tell you from personal experience, these folks not only do a GREAT job 99% of the time but when there might be something that isnt exactly the way I would have liked it to be, I call them and they take care of it immediately. People and businesses arent mind readers and everyone is different in their tastes and preferences. What we as consumers and customers need to remember is that if its not the way we want it, simply COMMUNICATE it and get it corrected! Thats OUR JOB. Consumers/customers can waste so much time and energy complaining about how things are not the way they wanted them and then stew about it; rather than picking up the phone, expressing the concerns and having it corrected immediately to ones liking. Life is too short. This is why I like The Maids. I have found a business that cares. When I do have a concern, they jump on it immediately and correct it. You cant ask for more than that with any business. The team leaders really take pride in their work and they want to know how they are doing. So for Petes sake, tell them! When we give them feedback, it should be constructive not demeaning. Not all businesses care about your preferences but this one does! So, give them try and dont forget to do your job of communicating if things are not perfect for you. They will fix it to your satisfaction and you will have a beautiful and clean home. I love The Maids!

They are consistently good. They use mostly unscented, more natural products which is nice. And generally they send 4 people to do the clean which means they are in & out within 2 hours. I do miss the carpet freshener spray that they used to use. It was light and made the house smell fresh & clean. I only have three issues. One is the floor cleaner they use leaves a film on my tile entry that looks greasy after it dries. Any footprints or whatnot show up in the shine. I have told them several times and they say it shouldnt. But it does. Secondly, they broke something on my coffee table and didnt notify me. Its fine, not expensive, and non-replaceable, but it would have been respectful to at least let me know. Thirdly, they arent as good at dusting as I would like. I live near a quarry that generates lots of dust (plus we have 2 dogs). Each time they clean, I find undusted or poorly dusted areas. I have stressed this to them several times but since there is a different team each time, its hard to get the message communicated. All in all, they are nice, courteous, clean well, work fast, and are reasonably priced. I would recommend The Maids.

My heart sings when I come home after The Maids of Concord have been at my house because my home seems to sparkle! I loved the service while I was working full-time and was prepared to start cleaning myself after I retired. However, health challenges now cause a lot of pain when vacuuming and with some other cleaning chores. So, I kept the service and continue to be impressed. The team members are super friendly and very capable. I love that they bring their own (terrific) supplies and equipment and follow a very organized routine and method of cleaning.
