During our initial cleaning, they ripped our screw-in stopper out of our kitchen sink. After consulting their handiman, he claimed that it was "old and probably ready to go in the first place" so they offered to split the cost of repairs. Considering the amount of money theyre expecting to get paid every month, this would have been a very cheap issue to just take care of. Instead, when I gave them the opportunity of repairing the problem or cancelling our service, they chose the latter. Their cleaning wasnt worth the price they were charging anyway. There was still dust on top shelves, cobweb left dangling from the ceiling, dust bunnies collecting under the sofa (and theres plenty of room under the sofa to clean), only the front side of lampshades were dusted, things moved around and left in places other than where we want them, decorations moved, rotated, placed on their sides, etc. I will be trying another service.

"Carly and Laura arrived promptly and went right to work. This was my first time using this business, and I was more than impressed. Both women were hard workers and did exactly what I asked them to do. They performed the work in a timely and professional manner, and my house was cleaned much better than I was expecting. With my recent knee surgery and accompanying pain, my usual house cleaning was put on the bottom of my list of priorities. These two ladies brightened my spirits by making my home sparkle, and now I gladly open my front door so friends and family can see my clean floors, carpets, bathrooms and cabinets. The stuff they leaned was ok. But we expected a lot more. We called and asked for a deep clean, they didnt dust any light fixtures in bathroom, any baseboards, or dust top of pictures hanging on wall. Also on the web site it says oven cleaning is involved in deep clean. They didnt clean it. When I called they said oven cleaning is only for move in move out special. They said they would send someone back out to get everything they missed but it would cost the seventy per hour. We just said dont worry about it. They didnt seem to care about the customer. We will never use them again, and will tell everyone we know not to use them.

BE AWARE - CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY First, this company did not complete the job they were hired to do as part of a rental move out cleaning. For this, they refunded some of my money. By far, the more serious issue involved them admittedly damaging my wood floors by putting a large scratch in the kitchen area. It was a somewhat complicated scenario, involving the loss of my damage deposit. They ended up coming up with a story that was not at all factual. Bottom line, they failed me after admitting to the damage. I am sure they will answer this with another story, but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Im a private, shy person, and having people in my house is hard on me. I was hesitant, but as my health is failing, I tried a few different companies. The employees at C&S have all been sweet, kind, and efficient. They have been in my home about 6 times now, and although it is a different crew each time, they are consistently thorough and energetic. Im so glad to have this positive energy in my house, and I find my home to be more balanced when clean.

Im new to having someone clean my house. What a wonderful gift Ive given myself! Now I have time to do chores like organizing my cookbooks, purging unknown pictures from 10 photo albumns, cleaning up my email contacts list... calling my mother! The cleaners have done an awesome job so far... everything is sparkling and the whole house just has that clean feeling that makes me want to invite guests.

A friend nominated me, and I was chosen, for a year of FREE cleanings while I was in treatment for breast cancer. I have continued with them after treatment and they have been super helpful in finding products that dont trigger the extreme, multiple chemical sensitivities Ive developed after chemotherapy. They are the best.

We had routine house cleaning service for a while. The quality of work is not consistent at all. They have "work orders", but they dont pay attention. Last person came said she was pregnant and was complaining about her back pain. Obviously didnt do much. We cancelled the service.

Initial estimate given. Scheduled over a month out, then didnt show- claiming I must be confusing them with another company. They are too busy to be bothered with good customer service. Ridiculous. Hope they clean better than they schedule. Horrible business interaction.
