Absolutely avoid this establishment at all costs. I was quoted a rate of $25 per hour on Monday for a cleaning which would take place on Wednesday. I was told I would receive confirmation on Monday or Tuesday. I did not. I called the company on Wednesday trying to confirm. After multiple attempts, they finally called me back and confirmed my appointment for later that day. The cleaner worked for a little under 4 hours. When it came time to pay, he requested $125. Apparently, they decided to charge us a flat fee rate without our knowledge to "clean appliances" of $125; appliances which were already clean! We paid them the agreed upon $100 for 4 hours of work. They tried to manipulate the time to 5 hours but we kept track of the time from start to finish. Then, they threatened to send us to collections even though we never agreed to their price. I will be filing a formal complaint with the attorney general. This is a scam. Dont let them dupe you, too. Its sad what people will do for an extra dollar.

Ive been living in my apartment for four years now, and I had forgotten what the floors were supposed to look like. Ill admit it. Im horrible at mopping. I dont scrub things. Im tidy - Im not clean. I was embarrassed to hire someone, but IT WAS SO WORTH IT. Zachary, Marta and Hans arrived at my door at 6pm on a Tuesday. I had somewhere to be, so I took off. When I came home a few hours later, I was in awe. Turns out my kitchen and bathroom floors and baseboards are white. Like, sparkling white. The outside of my cupboards and my fridge? Cleaner than they were when I moved in. Theres no dust to be found in the bedroom. They even cleaned under my couch cushions, and who knows what kind of insane crumbs and dirty sock surprises were in there. Im so impressed with the detail and care and it feels so nice to have a super clean home!! Zach, Marta and Hans worked a miracle and I will invite them back into my home shamelessly and repeatedly. I waited around for about 6 hours today for this company to clean my carpets when I originally had a two hour arrival window. The first time I called them at 215pm when my arrival window was till 2pm and was told at this point they were running late and would be there at 5pm. I once again called them at 5pm when I was informed that the location of my carpet cleaners was unknown. At 6pm I gave up and left my home because I could not wait anymore or waste anymore of my time. I was also informed that the best they could do for me for being more than 5 hours late (at the time I talked to Denise) was 10% off my bill. Please do not use this company you will be sorely disappointed in them.

So, Ive been a big fan of this company, their cleaning teams, and how theyve supported the regular rotation of guests that come through my property. In more than two years, there have not been any scheduling mistakes, and the level of cleaning quality is very high. They also go the extra mile when I really need something odd. I really cannot say enough, very professional. They really know what they are doing when it comes to maintaining a clean property. Their carpet shampooing is also PERFECT, and I have high standards!
