BEWARE! Fraudulent charges, no evidence of billing, work incomplete and poorly executed. Bridge City did me a solid and came out to my vacant and empty house same day to perform an agreed to 6 hours of cleaning to wipe down all the woodwork, clean the appliances and clean the sinks/toilets. The work wasnt completed, there is still dusty woodwork and corners missed as well as debris that wasnt there now on the floor. Ive called twice and asked someone to go over the problems with me as well as to provide me with an invoice (cant charge previous tenant without it) but no one is returning my calls. If you hire this service you will need to be onsite monitoring the work and doing a lot of handholding - they will charge your card without your approval of the work performed and then avoid your calls. BEWARE!

Find this business on Yelp originally and it seemed to have pretty good reviews. I hired them for a move-in cleaning where I explicitly stated that I needed a deep cleaning for the house (grout, cabinet faces, walls, dust vents, and pet smell removed if possible). They did a great job in certain areas like the bathtubs but missed vents and cabinet faces were still sticky in some areas. Overall I felt like it was a mediocre job for what I payed. Not the worst, just not what I expected.

I use Bridge City every time I have guests come in town to stay and they are always awesome and reasonably priced. Today I called them last minute because I forgot some folks were coming in and they worked with me to find a last minute team, identify what could be cleaned in the limited time the team had and I really appreciated it.
