I had scheduled an initial cleaning but on the morning of the appointment the office person, who is the owner of the company, didnt bother to contact me to let me know that the cleaning crew was running nearly two hours late. I phoned the office twice to get a status update but had to leave messages as nobody was available to answer the phone. My phone calls were not returned until the crew was already 1 hour and 40 minutes late. The cleaning crew did an absolutely spectacular job and I was willing to overlook the lack of communication on the part of the owner and asked to schedule the crew to return to my house on the first Thursday of each month. Although the first Thursday was only 16 days away the owner told me that he couldnt schedule appointments that far ahead and said that he would call me on Monday of the week of the appointment and schedule the appointment at that time. Monday passed without a phone call. As did Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday morning the owner finally called, but by that time I had given up on him and had made arrangements with another cleaning service. The house cleaning performed by Clean and Green was top notch and I was excited about having them clean on a regular basis. But I cannot do business with a company that is so poorly organized that they cannot be counted on to follow through with what they say they will do.

I dont often enough recommend services, however I feel compelled in this case. I was feeling overwhelmed to do it all this Christmas and knew I wouldnt have time to clean the way I like it done, so I called Clean and Green. First off, I have only one time before had someone else clean my house with disoppointing and expensive results and I am pretty picky so I was apprehensive to do it again. Clean and Green did such a great job that it not only was it clean, it exceeded my expectations....I have not seen my showers that clean since they were new. The price was quite competitive and I couldnt be happier. If any of you are considering having a cleaning service, this is a locally owned business that uses eco-friendly products and are very professional. Give them a try.

I have used a few different cleaning services that in my opinion were just ok. I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted this company and was not only treated with professional quality service, but the most important was the service provided at my home! They were on time and went above and beyond my expectations for the care, comfort and quality of service they provided me with in regards to cleaning my home! I was already a little stressed because I was hosting a rather large benefit at my home the following evening and they came in and helped alleviate quite a bit of stress! I will defiantly be using this company again in the future and recommend them highly!

If I could give this business no stars I would. They are totally unprofessional. My mother used them to clean her house. We canceled an appointment as my father was being brought home for hospice care. Hospice care! The cleaners showed up anyways. We then received a call from Mr. Steve Duquette who was very nasty and hung up on us. When we called back to find out why, another person said we owed him (Steve) a check and then she hung up. This is a very difficult time and the last thing we need is grief from people who are supposed provide a convenience service. I would not recommend this service to someone who needed a doghouse cleaned.

I have had cleaning companies do work for our property management firm and have never been more pleased then with your crew. They really understand the importance of excellent customer service and good quality work. Even though your bid was a little higher than some, I understood why after seeing the process of cleaning. Now that we have an excellent and reliable cleaning company I will be using your services from now on. These days it is almost impossible to find excellent customer service. However, I was certainly delighted to know that my search has finally ended.

We inherited a property in the Vancouver, WA area which we decided to lease, furnished. We found Clean and Green to be most concientious and considerate of our needs for expert cleaning support. The house was vacent for a few months due to the probate, but Clean and Green did a superior make ready job. We reside in another state and the way this company handle our property really help us succeed in leasing the property. The crew that was sent to my house were friendly and courteous very efficient. They worked very hard on a house that had been thoroughly grimed by a child. They even got the stove top clean, a tough job with all the burned on grease. Not all things would come off the walls, but the place is ready to repaint. Saved me a huge amount of time and effort on a job that would have taken me days to accomplish on my own. I definitely would recommend them to others.

Clean and Green came and cleaned our vacant home after we moved out. They cleaned the carpets and the house. Everything turned out fantastic and we actually saved money by doing the carpets and general cleaning with one company It worked out great for us. Wow, they did an AWESOME job. We hired them for a "one-time deep clean" at our in-laws. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but they were polite and very fair priced. They got things in the house clean that I thought would never again be white, as well as cleaning areas I never would have even thought of. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you very much!

Clean and Green has been cleaning our home and our daughters home for almost one year now and we have never had any issues. They always send the same maids for each of our scheduled cleanings. One time they missed a few things and came back that same day to correct those issues. We are happy customers of Clean and Green.
