I had Samantha and Serena here - they were both so thorough, and careful and went above and beyond the call of duty! I am just thrilled with their help and hope to have them again as my regular professional home management staff! Samantha as the lead was very confident and in charge and helpful and I saw her checking everything to make sure it was done to the high level of your company standards! Serena went right to work cleaning for cobwebs and dusting everything and I saw her vacuuming thoroughly under the couch 2 separate times and under all the other furniture also. They were cleaning all the pictures on the walls and also the light switches, light fixtures and ceiling fans! The bathroom and kitchen were done beautifully, including my white kitchen cabinets and countertops and Samantha even did the light fixture installed above the mirror. My house was sparkling clean when they finished! Samantha and Serena worked very well and smoothly together. I highly recommend them! They both are outstanding at their jobs, and and they are very professional! Samantha knew right away, when I mentioned I wanted regular weekly service, and called you to see if you could come out and set it up. Serena knew that I could not climb the stairs and offered to put my pillows away for me upstairs, when I was mentioning to her why they were down here, which I greatly appreciated and I was so impressed with her thoughtfulness! You have great staff, very intelligent, with excellent skills, and good hearts and great attitudes to boot! Your business with thrive and blossom with staff like that! Thank you so much! I filled out an online estimation form for them, and stated to please only email. The next day between approximately 7-8 am they called me approximately 6 times never leaving a message. I filled out a review on yelp but some how it got reported enough for yelp to remove it. Sounds like they dont want to deal with the negative reviews, and would rather get them deleted then fix the problem!
