I have read the reviews posted here and would have to agree with all of the negative comments!!!!!!! Flaky people who show up/dont show up/who charge you for hours they dont work and when they do work, their finished product looks much like the dirty house I paid my hard earned cash to have cleaned. Doors left unlocked, household items broken without any notes left, basic cleaning services not performed. After several emails to re-negotiate my last poor cleaning and to cancel my service, with no response from any living, breathing person at the company, I put a stop payment on my check. Now they say "management" was out of town and could not respond to my situation. They expect me to pay full price for the worse clean I have ever had done in 2+ years of cleaning services. Not only do they want me to pay full price, they want me to pay a stop payment fee even though I initially attempted to re-negotiate my rate. What do they not understand about customer service? I dont understand why I didnt receive phone calls and emails daily until the "issues" were resolved. Instead, I was ignored and treated like I was the one in the wrong. Nothing is classy or professional about this company. Look somewhere else if you have any inkling of hiring these people!! Honestly, youll save yourself a lot of grief, frustration and work in the end!! I will be filing my claim with the BBB tomorrow am, as they are now threatening to take me to small claims court for three times the going rate of their service. 3X the going rate to come home and vacuum and dust and clean my own home? Now thats just WRONG on many levels!!! If its the last thing I do, I will make sure the public in the Portland area knows what a scam this company is. Word of mouth goes a long, long, long way in the success or failure of a company. Wise up Heavenly Maids and do right by your customers!!!

If I could have NOT marked a star I WOULD have left it blank. TERRIBLE company! I used heavenly maids about 2 years ago. It was our 1st time using a cleaning company. I spoke with Tami when I called to schedule. I was assured that if I left a list of specific thing to be done, Dawn would do them. I specified to lock the door form outside upon completion & drop they key through the mail slot. I came home to a house with fingerprints still on my mirrors & un-swept floors. PLUS my door wasn’t even locked. She’d went into our basement & left the trash she’d taken from upstairs cans down there when I’d specifically asked she used the cans that were outside the front door. I will NEVR recommend heavenly maids or use them again!

This was the first and only time I had ever hired a cleaning company and I was not happy at all with the result. The gals showed up late and told me that they would need to leave early, which was not a big deal, but the quality of work was disgusting. Most of the time was spent with them talking with each other about there plans to go out that evening, rather than cleaning, it was obvious they were not capable of multi-tasking. I ended up having to clean everything in the end myself. A big waste of money ($22/hr) and in the end time. My credit card was charged for an extra hour that they hadnt even been there. I now wish I would have read the reviews first. Dont make the same mistake as the rest of us.

We will never use heavenly maid again. We paid Mona, the owner of Heavenly Maid Cleaning In $500 for house and shampoo carpet cleaning. She used a portable machine to clean the carpet instead of a truck mount carpet machine. We had to hire another company to clean the carpet. when we asked the carpet cleaning refund. She has ignored us included the lady whom had referred her to provide the service. We are thinking go to the small court now. Who can give us more suggestion?

I saw this on Portland Perks and thought it sounded odd, but interesting to throw in an hour massage. The package they were selling was $140 and on Heavenly Maids website they advertise it for $120. I thought what the heck, I would send an inquiry to see how much they would charge. I was very detailed with my input. Never heard back. Now reading all the reviews, I am glad!

Called them for a "Move Out Clean" and they supposedly spent 10 hours cleaning my place. When I went back they definitely had not spent 10 hours cleaning my place. They didnt touch the windows, drawers, nothing. When I called back to inquire and complain, they never called me back. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend and never use again.

They gave me a half hour window in which they would be showing up, so I waited around for the entire window plus 10 minutes. Cleaners showed an hour late. Id gone back to work by then, and I called them and told them Id be looking for another cleaning service. Unacceptable.

Would not give them one start, but had to. This company claims they were not getting paid by their employees, and/or stating they lost our check, only to find our checks have been cashed. I will never use this company again.

I have never had difficulty getting a convenient appointment and they provide an excellent clean. I highly recommend them!
