Review Update: The manager called and I received a full refund. We requested a deep clean for 2.5 hours for our new house. We wanted it to be cleaned before officially moving in. The maids spent 2 hours, mopping and vacuuming only and tried to leave 30 minutes before the allotted time. They ignored the majority of the work: three closets with only have 1 shelf in each were all covered with dust, the kitchen sink wasnt even touched (food still in it), all the window sills had cobwebs and needed to be vacuumed, toilet bowls still dirty. We let them just leave after the 2 hours because we were so frustrated with the service. I called management and we refunded us the amount $50 for the half hour of service we didnt receive, no other compensation. I then spent the next 2 hours completing the rest of the cleaning that was completely missed.
