WORST experience ever!!! As a Customer who wants drama! I got accused of trying to recruit one of their employees. One of the gals starting going off about how its so hard working for maid pro so i felt soooo bad for her b/c she said she was a single mom and just to make a long story short made me feel bad for her. She said maid pro wont pay her if she goes over time and so forth.So I "suggested" she go off on her own? Well, I got played, Next time they came to my house I asked them to only clean a portion of my house bc they werent able to finish my home the first time and to be honest I didnt care for the drama. I need them in and out! I have a busy life. Well, they took the SAME amount of time cleaning my entire home as they did cleaning only a portion. I explained how that did not make sense to Doug at MaidPro. So the girls bad mouthed me to their boss and said I make them clean walls?? Girls are completely dishonest and Doug who runs it is completely clueless to say the least. He did not care about my bad experience and did not care to lose my business. Not only that they dont disinfect your sinks, complete their dumb checklist or hang towels or put bags in your trash cans even. They WONT do window? They dont really clean they make things look polished but they are just using the same rag to wipe and wipe. They do details to make things look clean but they will not find the dirt and clean it. All around this company is poorly ran and I am so upset to have been part of their Business drama. All i wanted was my house clean.

They went above and beyond. I have had several cleanings by MaidPro and they are professional, thorough, friendly, and just a great company to work with! I like the little touches they do each time they come. The price was average and I like that they screen the employees and make me feel at ease that I can trust who I am letting in my home. Check out the great people at MaidPro! Two big thumbs up for the Staff and Management at MaidPro, I have used other companies and individuals before and this company is the great.

They do a great job, and have a friendly staff. I can tell the difference in my house from when Maid Pro does the cleaning. They are fast and thorough.
