I had duct cleaning and carpet cleaning performed in the same day. The following I had my tile cleaned. My reason for the single star is only because the carpet cleaning was satisfactory. Otherwise it would have been no stars. The duct cleaning was a joke. They did not clean the entire duct work like I expected, only the first 10-5 feet of each boot. The tech they sent out talked more than he worked and did not understand the basic concept of dust removal. You dont wet it down with your spray bottle and then proceed to blow it out. Wetting dust down makes it stick. HELLO!? Then after he had sucked most of the dust into my evaporator coils, he proceed to do the same miracle of wetting down the dust and try to blow it off with compressed air. My evaporator coils were left 10X dirtier than when he started and the majority of the fins were bent from his air gun. After he left I spent the rest of the day dismantling my HVAC unit to get access to the evap section so I could wash the coils and comb out all the bent fins. I would not ever recommend this service unless you want your system in worse shape than you started. The tile cleaning did not have a noticeable difference, but the tech worked all 4 hours and did scrub the grout well. The unfortunate outcome was that the cleaner he used stained my stainless steel fridge and dishwasher. It took me almost 2 hours with metal polish to remove the stains and from polishing it made shiny spots where I had to rub out the worst of the stains. Id research other options than COIT in my opinion unless you want to throw away 1K of your money for nothing.

I have an appointment on Friday the guy called me that morning and canceled my appointment tells me he will be at my house on the fifth at 1 oclock on the fifth I called at 1:10 and was told this guy would not be at my house until 130 between 130 and 330 that is very very unprofessional The person that I talk to on Saturday was very nice he was able to get someone out to my house by 215 the guy that did my carpet was awesome I was already have an appointment scheduled with Stanley steamer and I told them if they were not at my house at 2:15 I was leaving he showed up at 2:17 and did an awesome job but the guy that was originally supposed to do my carpet called me at 7:45 on the fourth to tell me that he doesnt work that late on the fourth why was he given me that day if this guy didnt want to come to my house and wanted me to take my time off go back to work so he could come in the morning so its more convenient for him thats unacceptable and I dont know if Ill ever use you guys again but I will tell you one thing the guy on the phone that help me and the guy that did come to my house for very professional and I was very happy

After buying some furniture and always having grand-kids over visiting, we decided the furniture and carpets needed some TLC. Robert Brower and Skylar Gunnarson were great starting from the quote all the way to the cleaning. You never felt pressured to buy extra items, like a lot of salespeople do. The furniture and carpets came out looking great. I have always rented steam cleaners in the past but after seeing the results of their work, I don;t think I will ever go that route again. Coit did a fantastic job and I will definitley let our friends know of the great work they do.

I had my carpets cleaned last week and they looked great the day they were done but the stains started coming back up the next day. I havent bothered to call because they made it very clear on my quote that there was a "no 100% guarantee on stains". The person who came to clean my carpets was very polite but honestly he was here a little under an hour. I had a living room, a master bedroom and two rooms cleaned for $139 not super cheap but reasonable but for that price I would expect the stains not to come back up so quickly, seems like I did not have my carpets cleaned at all.

Coit was professional and accommodating. We had our estimate done within 10 minutes of our phone call as a representative was in the neighborhood. Our duct cleaning was scheduled in an efficient manner. On the day of the job, the two workers were courteous and explained exactly what would be done on the job. Everything was clean and the home was left in the condition it was in before they came. Excellent work. Second time using Coit and will use them again

The young man who cleaned our tiles in two bathrooms, including the showers, was extremely pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, he wasnt able to get out a few stains in the grout, but did the best he could. I would have liked a little more info on what could be accomplished when the original guy came to do the bid. but yes, I would use this service again. Weve used their carpet cleaning service for years and have been pleased.

Ive used COIT at this location several times now, and Im always happy with their work. Their service people are courteous and professional, and they do a great job. Ive had them clean my carpets several times, and I just had them clean my tile floors. The grout never looked so clean. The price is right too. As long as I get service like this, Im a customer for life.

Our carpet was very stained with dirt and pet accidents. The pre-treatment done made our carpet look amazingly clean. The carpet technician arrived in a timely manner and took the time to explain the cleaning procedures including ways to keep our carpet clean for a longer period. I highly recommend COIT and the carpet technician that cleaned our carpet!
