Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I can not recommend this business. I had a good experience working with Angela and Wendy on setting up my appointment. They were able to quickly arrange for a two person cleaning crew to do a deep clean in certain areas of our house. It was a birthday gift for my wife. The owner, Angela, was even helpful on working within my budget. The cleaning service was sub-par. I requested a deep clean, and provided a priority list of areas to focus on, as requested. When I came home, I saw that a normal house cleaning had occurred. Something you would expect from a regular bi-weekly service. While not exactly a bad thing, it was far from what I had worked out with Sac Green Clean. My wife and I do this normal cleaning often. The surprise birthday gift was supposed to have been a deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. What really made it an unpleasant experience is when I found out that Sac Green Clean had not paid the cleaning contractors for their work on my house. What they told me was that they dont pay their cleaning contractors until they get paid. Since they lost my credit card info (I provided it before the cleaning along with the authorization to charge for the cleaning), they didnt pay the crew. WEEKS went by and they HADNT PAID THOSE NICE LADIES who worked hard on our house (Angela confirmed in a text message). While I was unhappy with their result, most likely due to poor communication from management, I do think the cleaning crew worked hard and deserved their compensation. I cant support a business who makes their workers foot the bill for their mismanagement and mistakes. I recommend you do not as well.

The management confirmed by e-mail that GLORIA is coming at 9:00AM. Gloria gave me a call the evening before insisting she will come at 10:00AM. Overall she was cleaning in a moderate speed, no complaint about that. She listen to me and followed my directions, priorities. I ordered deep cleaning which should include dust free curtains and cleaning of the sliding doors in the bath room. None of that happened. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10=best) One bathroom and the kitchen I rate at 6. In the kitchen I could take away grease with my bare finger. The bathroom is a 6 as well based on the sliding doors. Overall at all rooms Gloria was working on many spots were still dusty or dirty.

I had the most wonderful experience with Sacramento Green Clean. The woman who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and helpful. I ended up having to reschedule the day before the cleaning due to an emergency and they went above and beyond to accommodate me on a different day. I was scheduled with Maria who was wonderful, nice and extremely great at her job. My apartment looks awesome and I will definitely be having them come back regularly. Overall great experience from start to finish!

Maria came to clean my house while I was at work, and I came home to a sparking clean place, and thats a beautiful thing. Scheduling was a breeze, and I even got a text confirmation from Maria the night before she arrived, which I really appreciated, as I tend to be forgetful about such things.
