Met with Sandy for an estimate. She seemed professional. Ladies came to do initial deep clean - no baseboards dusted, they didnt even clean the kitchen sink! AND YET I still decided I would let them come 2 weeks later. They were supposed to be here by 8:30 today. I called at 9 am and a man said someone would call me back with an ETA on the Team arriving. I called again at 10:06 and that person said Marissa would call me back. I called again at 10:36 and left a voice mail still looking for my Team. At 10:49 Marissa calls me back and says shes been really busy this morning and knows that I have called several times, but she had estimates to do. That right there says it all folks. They dont give a crap about their customers theyve got more important things to do than to talk to us. This woman is a joke - check out the Yelps that mention her in the Molly Maid on Winchester location which is listed as closed. My guess is they got such negative reviews they changed their location trying to start over again. Weill, Marissa is the same - sucks and the cleaning reviews seem pretty on target as well. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Molly Maids is great! I moved into an apartment with my roommates and the previous owners left the place a mess. There was mold forming, the floor had been ruin, and the bathroom was disgusting. We called Molly Maids looking for a cleaning serious looking for help to clean up the mess. After the one time cleaning the place look completely new. It was so good we called to have them come regularly. They come every other week and they still do a great job of cleaning. After they are done cleaning the place looks amazing. My roommates and I always know when they have come through because of how great the place looks! If anyone is looking for a great cleaning services then you should hire Molly Maids! They such an amazing job!

Super polite staff was able to give me an excellent idea of what I was in for. The phone person gave me a quick estimate, a run through of their service, and set-up a free estimate. The owner, Sandy, came out and did the estimate. She was great! We really hit it off. She walked through the house, gave me information on what needed to be cleaned, and then gave me a reasoable estimate. After the first time clean, theyve been coming every other week. The maids are really professional as well. Their enlish isnt the best, but they really try hard to communicate. Ive been really happy with the service and price.

Wished there was a negitive star option. We were happy for the first 4 months and then it turned into a wipe down service not a cleaning service. NOT HAPPY , i called and explained my concern for the 5th time and tbe person on the phone asked me what she wanted me to do about it. REALLY? so i have cut my service back to once a month and i sent Sandy an e mail, one week now has gone by with no contact of any kind. Strongly sway you from hiring this company. At this point I am completely done with Sandy Willis And her incompetent staff.

I moved to Almaden Valley about 2 years ago becauseI was tranferred by IBM to San Jose. Both my wife and I work a lot and value our free time. We dont want to spend our spare time doing the mundane, so as soon as we arrived here we hired a maid service to clean our house. Luckily we called Molly Maid! Weve been very pleased with the quality of our weekly service. The maids are a delight and do an excellent job. If anyone is looking to have their house cleaned on a regular basis, I highly recommend Molly Maid.

I am very happy with the results of my Molly Maids service. I thought I would have to live with hard water stains inside the toilet and the bathroom vanities but Molly Maids got both surfaces crystal clean. When asked, they readily told me what to use to maintain the surfaces. I will definitely call them again...soon.
