Vlad came out to give us an estimate; took several notes of what I wanted cleaned and how I like them to be cleaned. A week later the girl arrived to clean, only to discover that Vlad hadnt bothered to pass along a single WORD from his notes! She knew NOTHING of my requests / wishes. So I had to go over everything with her, which was totally unnecessary and a waste of time. They have a list of packages and god forbid something needs to be done thats on the list - it will NOT get done if its not on the list. For example, there were dead flies in the window casings which should have been vacuumed to remove them (simple enough, open the window and suck them out with our handheld vacuum) but NOPE! It wasnt on the list so it DIDNT GET DONE. Vlad called her several times as she was trying to work (probably pressuring her to hurry up), which distracted her immensely and prolonged the time she was here. She did a mediocre job for what she did, but there were things which required cleaning which were left dirty because they werent on his stupid list for that package (or any of the packages, in some cases). We write her a check, think shes gone, only to have her knock on the door a few minutes later telling us Vlad told her to collect MORE MONEY because "she was there too long"! WTF? Had he passed along his noted she wouldve been gone a lot sooner. I thought that was a CS move on his behalf, especially for a first time cleaning. We had them back 2 weeks later for a second chance but the flies remained in the window casings, the baseboards were still dusty, etc. etc. etc.. So we fired them and moved on. WARNING: they take photos of the inside of your home WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT, AND POST THEM ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE! I cant help but wonder if they also sneak around and riffle through your drawers and take pictures of your credit cards or bank statements. I REALLY felt violated when I saw a picture of the inside of my home on their Facebook page. Thats just categorically wrong on every level.

I am surprised at how this company is ran. The service provided was a 4/5 stars but every visit would show up 15-20 minutes late. We were always present when they cleaned and are nice people BUT one time we had to leave and the cleaner took off shortly after we had left and didnt even finish the job! Didnt leave a note, phone call, or even let the owner know she had an "emergency" until the following day when we questioned the house was not close to being finished. This was very upsetting but I gave the company one more chance. The following week, about 20 mins after they are supposed to show up, we call to see if they are coming. The owner calls back and tells us they will be there in 5 mins. 25 mins later and they arrive. Yes 45 minutes LATE! And what had happened the previous cleaning service (or lack thereof)I had enough and will find somebody else.

I was referred to AEA cleaning by a friend of mine who had used their services and was extremely satisfied with there service. I decided to give them a call to get my carpet cleaned. My carpet was really dirty and had several stains. The guys showed up and give me a very reasonable price and there work was simply perfection. They took there time and effort to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I definitely was! There customer service was great and there work was awesome. Without a doubt i would refer AEA cleaning to anyone who is need of there services. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.

They called me back in ten minutes after leaving a message Fast We made arrangements for a next day cleaning It was cool because I gave him a text of my address and email address He emailed me a confirmation email Very efficient They came the next day and texted they were in route Cool Very through They used a purple lite to check for pet stains Ive never seen this before Great quality super professional Ill be sure to use them again!!!!

Clad cleaned carpet and hard flooring in two homes for us and we cant say enough about the quality of his work. Hes extremely professional and thorough, and hes very careful around the other furnishings in the home. His prices are extremely competitive. Hes quick to respond to calls and quick to complete work.
