The 3 person crew was a 2 person crew that arrived late then had to leave again due to another appointment. They returned later and told me they ran out of allocated time. The bid was for a move out clean based on number of rooms not hours they took to clean. The #2 worker in the entire time spent at the house managed to sweep one floor. I was told they needed me to authorize another 2 hours so they could return tomorrow and finish, I left a key for them as I had errands to run. When I returned it was clear the floors had not been mopped and the vacuum job they did left hair balls and debris around the carpet. They did not bother to clean out the window jambs etc. I ended up purchasing cleaning materials to do the kitchen floor and hardwoods. Contacted the office to complain and they wanted to send the crew back out that night. While at dinner I receive text messages from the crew, they are mopping the floor that I already mopped. The property management office contacted me this week, the maid right crew forgot to clean out the drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms so, not only did I pay for terrible service, I now have to pay the property management office for their cleaning crew.

I was extremely impressed with how thorough and detailed of a cleaning it was. The very top of my refrigerator was clean! Ive had two other maid services where many times they came, something major was "forgotten". Like a bathroom. Or the kitchen. And whatever the other services had cleaned was a quick wipe and that was it. So I was nervous, but wow, this was legitimately, sparkling clean! It was AMAZING!
