My property manager used Coit to clean my air ducts. The guy they sent, sorry I forgot his name, seemed very knowledgeable. Explained to me what he would be doing before he started and as he was going along. Showed me all the dirt that was sucked out of the vents. I was impressed by how much there was. He cleaned my old and dirty furnace and made sure it was working after the pilot light went out. He even fixed some of the vents as they were very bent and the floor registers wouldnt go back in easy. When he left, you couldnt tell he was here. Cleaned up and took all his trash with him. I feel better knowing I can breath better without all the dirt and mold blowing around when the AC/heat is on.

These guys are fantastic! Over the years I have used them for carpets, rugs, tile, draperies, upholstery, drier vent, air dusts, blinds......they do it all. Pet stains and odors gone, they even got some 35 year old Coke bottles out of the HVAC duct system (left by the contractors that originally built the house in 83). Its never worked so good. They are my first call for ALL of the services they offer, and I recommend them every chance I get ;>)

We recently used Coit to clean our carpets in Reno. The person who cleaned the carpets told us they would be dry in 24 hours; however, the actual drying time was 96 hours. He was fast, but chipped the wall paint in several areas. We will not use Coit in the future.
